Bizbon - Global business advisers assist foreign businessmen to get ONE-YEAR SCHENGEN VISA. The National D-type visa in Lithuania holds immense significance for those intending to stay in the country for an extended period. It serves as an entry permit for individuals planning to reside in Lithuania for more than 90 days, catering to various purposes such as work, studies, family reunification, or other long-term stay reasons.

Issued by the Lithuanian diplomatic missions abroad, this visa allows its holders to enter the country and subsequently apply for a residence permit. Its validity typically spans a year, permitting multiple entries during this duration, making it a pivotal step for individuals seeking prolonged stays.

One of the primary categories for the National D type visa is for work purposes. Lithuania, like many European countries, welcomes skilled professionals and entrepreneurs from across the globe to contribute to its growing economy. The D type visa facilitates entry for these individuals, enabling them to work and explore professional opportunities in the country.

Another significant segment includes individuals pursuing education in Lithuania. The visa aids students enrolled in universities or educational institutions with programs lasting more than three months. It grants them access to the country, allowing them to pursue their academic aspirations and engage in a vibrant learning environment.

Family reunification is yet another vital aspect the National D type visa covers. It permits family members of Lithuanian citizens or individuals holding a valid Lithuanian residence permit to join their loved ones in the country, fostering familial bonds and ensuring their presence during crucial life moments.

The application process for the National D type visa involves several steps and requirements. Applicants must provide a range of documents, including a completed application form, a valid passport, proof of purpose (such as a work contract, university acceptance letter, or family relation proof), health insurance, and proof of financial means to sustain themselves during their stay.

Additionally, applicants may need to undergo a medical examination and obtain a clearance certificate from Lithuanian authorities, ensuring they pose no threat to public health or safety.

The processing time for the National D type visa may vary, often depending on the specific category and the completeness of the application. Typically, it's advised to apply well in advance of the intended travel date to accommodate any potential delays in processing.

Upon entering Lithuania with the National D type visa, holders are required to apply for a temporary residence permit within the first few days of arrival. This permit allows them to legally reside in the country for the duration specified in the visa.

Overall, the National D type visa in Lithuania stands as a gateway for individuals seeking extended stays for various purposes. It not only facilitates their entry into the country but also paves the way for a seamless transition to obtaining a residence permit, enabling them to integrate into Lithuanian society and contribute to its diverse tapestry.

Small Partnership: a freer start to your chosen business

Since 2012, in Lithuania relatively quite a new form of business activity - the Small Partnership (MB) came into effect, which at that time was considered as a convenient alternative to starting with a Private limited company (UAB).
Although already interested customers still intend to select for their future activity register a limited liability company UAB), MB is not lost its popularity either for today. The main reason is the attitude of the society towards UAB and MB - the first is better known as a legal, the latter one – as a family or the other form of a small or medium business.
One of the main advantages of the Small Partnership (MB) is freedom of work and profit distribution of the manager and the members since the Civil Code regulates such activities, not the Labor Code.
MB owners, however, are not satisfied with the changing tax environment – with the introduced compulsory payment of social security contributions for each MB member, as well as with the changed Civil Code provision that no longer allowed civil service contracts to conclude with the Partnership members.
However, UAB has been and will continue to be the most popular legal form of the enterprise due to its more flexible business development and management opportunities.

The Schengen visa to Lithuania for business purposes

The foreign citizens from the third non-EU countries must have a Schengen visa in order to enter the territory of Lithuania for short-term purposes, especially if they arrive under a business trip unless their countries of origin are the subject of a visa-free regime.
A Schengen visa can be single, double or multiple. An alien may also be issued a Schengen visa with limited territorial validity.
A foreign citizen wishing to obtain a Schengen short-stay visa (C) on the basis of an established and registered business in Lithuania should have to submit an official invitation. What are the key factors that make your business successful?

First and foremost, it is an innovative idea whose basic principles must be outlined in your business plan.
When searching for a business idea and planning it, there are a few key steps to take - evaluating the available resources, searching for a business idea, evaluating an idea, preparing for it
Before you start looking for a business idea, evaluate objectively whether you have enough resources to develop the idea into a successful business. Development a business idea will require resources such as your time, communication, creativity and entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and experience, dating, real estate, tools to reach your goal, financial resources, and more.
You can get business ideas from many sources:
1.Personal need. Before developing a business idea, it is always a good idea to start looking for it in a closed environment. Evaluate what product or service you or your loved ones often lack, what you would consider a useful, effective, needed product/service. Be Creative and Practical - Identifying a missing product or service can become a niche for implementing your business.
2.Available professional skills. Starting a business with specific experience or education in a particular area is beneficial and expedient - you will realize your professional skills and the customer will receive a quality product or service.
3. Be open to innovations, follow experienced business people and their choices, various global trends. Often, the popularity of new goods or services grows at a lightning speed - if you spot a potential idea, develop it.

Several ways to succeed in today's business environment

The Internet is no longer what is today in terms of sales. If you once were able to reach the desired result without online sales, now your this kind of business practice would be an exception.

Nowadays, just having a website is no longer enough to win in a highly competitive business environment. Among the many offered strategies would like to share with some of them aiming to help you stand out and gain the attention of potential online consumers and shoppers.
1. Sell a Lifestyle, not a Product – these days, you need to focus on how your offered product or service will affect the lifestyle of a customer, not to talk about the product or service itself. Enough to appeal to the consumer's subconscious visions of what life he would like to live. Stop selling products or services, start marketing on the lifestyle and experience by talking about the expectations and feelings of the customers.
2. Create Multichannel Online Access – in modern business that you could be accepted and evaluated seriously, you cannot be limited to just a website or just social networks. Only together will these channels build brand credibility. Why do you have to be on social networks? In order to make your products or services attractive in terms of service and quality, as well as Google rankings (we live in the Internet age), to build the needs by ensuring the social credibility of your business among the followers, also to approve of your current business existence. Therefore, in order to be interesting not only to yourself but to the others, it is necessary to do technically more on the Internet to make the goods and services you offer designed to a large number who are interested in it.
