When Agnė Vaitulionytė joined KlasJet back in October 2022, she was still a student — with no background in aviation ✈️, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Agnė started her journey as a Junior OCC. With determination and sharp learning skills, she quickly mastered the role, and in just six months, earned a promotion to OCC.

Her next step? Becoming a Dispatcher. That required not just ability but some additional time — in fact, the law requires Dispatchers to be at least 21 years old. Undeterred Agnė continued to work hard as she waited for the calendar to catch up with her talent and progression. Today, she’s thriving in her new role. We’re proud of how far Agnė has come, and we’re even more excited about where she’s headed.

Ever dreamed of becoming a pilot? ✈️ Viltė Papievytė has this dream and is making it a reality as she clears key milestones to achieve her goals.

In fact, Viltė is one of the youngest KlasJet team members to be accepted into our Pilot Cadet Programme — a crucial step on the journey to becoming a pilot.

Balancing her role as an EFB Administrator in Flight Operations with the demanding schedule of cadet training is no small feat. But Viltė handled both challenges with skill, discipline, and determination.

Now that the programme has successfully concluded, we’re proud to celebrate not only her achievements, but also her drive and commitment to a career in aviation. 👏

Today we are pleased to confirm that KlasJet has become an official member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). This is a significant step for the airline, having passed the rigorous IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) as part of the process. KlasJet now joins 350 airlines from more than 120 countries 🌍, with membership providing opportunities for international collaboration and supporting our commitment to higher standards in safety, sustainability, and digitalization.

Since 2023, our airline has grown significantly from operating the largest Boeing 737 VIP in Europe, expanding to 12 aircraft, including eight Boeing 737-800s dedicated to ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) leasing operations. As we strategically expand to provide capacity solutions alongside private and charter operations, IATA membership marks our official transition to delivering a globally recognised standard of aviation operations.

That’s exactly what happened at our exclusive KlasJet Roadshow in Paris. Hosted at the Astonsky VIP Terminal, the event brought together key figures from the world of professional sports and fashion for a relaxed afternoon of networking and a closer look at how tailored air charter services can elevate the travel experience.

After an inspiring talk on high-performance teamwork and leadership, and plenty of time to connect and exchange ideas, it was time for the highlight of the day.
