While Art House is less than 30' from Athens airport, in the close-by region you can find numerous bike or hike routes, for every difficulty level you prefer.

We'll be here for you to find the necessary equipment if needed, such as bike rental etc.

During January you will be able to relax in the courtyard or inside the living room next to the fireplace and you will be able to witness mild winter temperatures, such as 15 or 18 degrees 😋

Cycladic Art House is not in one of the stunning greek mountains, BUT
-it is less than 30' from Athens airport
-you can have mild winter temperatures, such as 15 or 18 degrees, and
-during winter you can enjoy the snowy peak of mountain Dirfus in front of your eyes 😋

And whenever you feel like it, you can cuddle inside the house, with the warmth of the fireplace!

Our latest and one of the greatest reviews from our amazingly super guest Franziska from Germany: 'Wir wollten Familie in Athen besuchen, ohne im August in der heißen Stadt wohnen zu müssen. So sind wir auf diese Unterkunft gestoßen. Sie sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und die Terrasse ist noch schöner: Aussicht auf Meer und Blumen, freundliche Katzen, angenehmer Schatten ... dort haben wir viel Zeit verbracht, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, irgendwo anders hin zu müssen. Sehr entspannend! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur schön und liebevoll sondern auch praktisch eingerichtet. Überall, wo wir uns z.B. einen Haken gewünscht haben, ist auch einer. Das Klavier wurde auch genutzt :-) Eine Ferienwohnung, wo man mit Meerblick auf der lauschigen Terrasse sitzen kann und selbstgemachter Klaviermusik lauschen, ist schon etwas besonderes! Man merkt, dass die Wohnung nicht nur für anonyme Gäste eingerichtet ist. Nikos ist auch aus der Ferne ein unglaublich umsorgender, freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich um alles kümmert, bzw kümmern würde, wenn es denn etwas gäbe ;-) und mit Tipps und Informationen versorgt. Auch die Strände in der Umgebung waren sauber und viel schöner als wir es so nah an der großen Stadt erwartet hatten. Wir hatten zunächst Zweifel, ob es zu weit ist, zum Strand zu Laufen ist, aber das war weder runter noch rauf ein Problem. Dennoch ist ein Auto natürlich auch für weitere Ausflüge zu empfehlen. Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste Mal.'

Our latest -and ultimately pet friendly!- review from our super guest Melina from Greece: 'Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που επισκεφτήκαμε αυτό το μαγικό σπίτι. Όλα ήταν και πάλι υπέροχα!!! Αυτή τη φορά και με το σκυλάκι μας δεν είχαμε λόγια για το ποσο πραγματικά pet friendly είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης και ως εκ τούτου και το σπίτι!! Μας περίμενε ένα υπέροχο κρεβάτι για την σκυλίτσα μας και λιχουδιές που τις λάτρεψε!! Ο Νίκος είναι μοναδική περίπτωση ανθρώπου και ιδιοκτήτη. Φιλικός , πάντα διαθέσιμος για επικοινωνία και με τρομερή κατανόηση!!! Εξακολουθεί να είναι πάντα στις πρώτες μας επιλογές. Το σπίτι πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο , με απίστευτη ηρεμία και σε όλα εξοπλισμένο. Λατρέψαμε και την παραλία δασκαλειου που ειναι στα πέντε λεπτά!! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα !!!'

Our latest review from our super guest Daniel from France: 'Perchée sur les hauteurs de Daskalio la petite maison de Nikos surplombe la mer. C est un endroit parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la nature et de la mer. La vue du petit jardin est magnifique et le logement très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Nous y avons passé 15 jours dont nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs. Nikos est un hôte très à l écoute et désireux du bien être de ses locataires Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter en espérant y retourner et avoir le plaisir de le rencontrer!.'
