الكسكس : يعتبر من أشهر المأكولات بمدينة آسا الزاك شأنه شأن جميع مدن و مناطق المغرب، كما يرتبط طهيه و إعداده إرتباطا وثيقا بيوم الجمعة المبارك إذ لا يكاد يخلوا منزل في هذا اليوم من إعداده كوجبة غذاء رسمية، كما تختلف أنواعه من ( كسكس خماسي و سميدة و مبروم و دشيشة...) الشيء الذي يجعله أكلة مفضلة و محبوبة لدى العديد من الزوار و السياح
