Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the opening of Park Hyatt Marrakech, the first Park Hyatt hotel in Morocco and the third in Africa.

The hotel is located at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, about 15 kilometers from the historic Medina of Marrakech, and covers an area of 7.5 hectares.

The hotel has 16 pavilions arranged around a central patio, and 130 residential rooms and suites. It also has seven event and function rooms, a spa of more than 2,200 square meters, three swimming pools, and a golf course nearby.

The hotel’s architecture and design are inspired by the Arab-Berber traditions, with a contemporary and luxurious style, and feature artworks from various artists from Morocco and other countries.
