This was one of the most unbelievable travelling experiences I have ever had. My husband and I got to see so much of Morocco in a private car with a private guide and absolutely loved our time in the desert.

The camp in the desert is stunting and offers so much more than a beautiful place to stay. We rode camels, sand boarded and drove ATVs - it was beyond fun.

( Amazing 8 Day trip to Morocco)

Words cannot begin to describe this amazing country. The immense depth and breath of the culture, the people and the amazing landscape is absolutely mind blowing!

This review will be long as they 100% deserve it, so please be patient with me!

After many many hours of online research to find a local tour operator, and after multiple requests for estimates went with my gut and chose to book an 8 days/7 nights private tour, starting and ending in Casablanca for my family (2 adults and 2 teens) with Morocco Authentic tours.

Not only was their estimate very competitive, but when compared to other local operators I found that Mohammed and team were very eager to please without being pushy. Admittedly, I made changes countless times and had many questions, but they were very patient and always very quick to respond via email or What's app. Communication is key when you are uncertain-but these guys will NOT let you down! The estimate & itinerary were very clear explaining exactly what is included and what is not.

Mohammed very patiently explained how the payments worked (yes, cash is King in Morocco and coming from N. America where we live in a credit card society) the though of carrying so much cash to pay for the tour really worried us. Mohammed took the time and care to explain in details how best to pay to avoid unnecessary charges which was really appreciated.

Our driver/guide Muhammad O. A. (yes, this is a common name), picked us up on time from Casablanca and throughout our 8 days took super good care of us. He went above and beyond to ensuring that we were comfortable and happy, and drove us very safely throughout our journey. Not only was he a great driver/guide, he was very flexible, kind, gentle and we bonded so much and very quickly! He showed us hidden gems and even recommended and set-up alternate things to do/see within our iteniary.

Even when they were a few hiccups with the car type and one of the Riad types, the team worked very efficiently to ensure that we got alternate accommodations and listened very carefully to our feedback. They really went above and beyond with many things.

All the riads selected for our mid-range private tour were fantastic. Riad Zyo in Rabat was wow, Riad Fez Yamanda fantastic. I won't go into details as I will be writing individual reviews for all the Riads. Overall the choices were amazing and the food was absolutely delicious at the riads.
The Akbar desert camp was good as well and since it was my birthday, Mohammed and team had a surprise birthday cake and all planned out for me!

The attention to detail was really great, and the very, very few times they missed-they ultimately made up by accommodating us in other ways during the trip. From the ATV and camel rides to setting up fantastic and very knowledgeable tour guides who spoke fluent English, these small details made a great trip a FANTASTIC and very memorable experience!

We came back home with heavy hearts, as we got very attached to the lovely, warm, kind Moroccans and beautiful country. Having learnt so much culture, traditions, history in such a short period had our hearts and minds aching for more!

We would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this caring company to our friends and family and THANK YOU for leaving us with nothing but great memories of Morocco and its people. If you are thinking of doing it-GO FOR IT!! You will NOT regret this.

Mohammed are very helpful and patience in assisting us to get our itinerary done (after few times amendment) in a very short time. The arrangement is good.We have enough time to explore/stop whenever possible (no rushing).

We asked for midrange accommodation and are very satisfied with all the riad ( beautiful architecture, nice view, clean room, friendly staff & not to mention the delicious breakfast).

We had 2 city guides in Fez (Fetah) & Marrakech + 2 mountain guides Ourika (Jamal) & Imlil (Aziz). They speak fluent english. They are friendly, humor & definitely know the city/area very well. If there is anything you have particular interest in, just ask as there are too many things to cover in just few hours. They will be happy to share. We were well taken care of during our tours/walking & trekking session.We met Mohamed with his another group of clients in the akbar desert camp & we managed to experience sand boarding with Mohamed help.

Special credit to our driver guide Abdul Aziz for the excellent driving skill. He is very friendly & warmth. He was with us for the entire 13 days tour. He drove us safely, thought us some nice arabic/berber word, brought us to good food (we love the BBQ lunch in Meknes, good food with reasonable price), guided us to the Ksar Aït Ben Haddou, stargazing in strong wind & be our photographer for group photo. Thank you for the extra effort to show us the moroccan culture (we looked for wedding in one of the evening, but there was none). We had fun & enjoyed his company.

Most of the peoples who work in tourism industry speak few languages (Arabic/Spanish/English/French). If you are having language barrier like us, having a driver/guide did save some troubles.

Overall we are satisfied & enjoyed our private tour. Thank you for making this trip a memorable one

When I was on the planning stages of my Birthday Trip, I wanted to incorporate Morocco in my itinerary but didn't know how I go about it. I researched and talked to a friend who have gone and told me about this tour company. My friends and I WERE VERY SATISFIED and PLEASED with choosing Morocco Authentic Tours. We chose the 3 days: Marrakech - Sahara - Fez tour, and it was PERFECT!

Mohammed was very prompt on replying with my emails, sometimes, even the most random question I email him, he replied back. He was patient, nice, and overall friendly to his customers. He was very detailed, confirmation letters was sent on time, and he let me contact our guide even before the tour.

Our tour guide, ALI. such a gentleman. Ali was on time on picking us up. He made sure we were okay. He kept on checking us if we need anything. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. I kinda felt bad cuz he have to tolerate us for 3 days, us loud Americans. Sorry ALI ;]. At the Hotel Babylon on our first night, we listened to the locals music and enjoy the vibe they created. the first night set the tone for the rest of the trip. Imagine our surprise, the second night was EVEN BETTER. let me tell you, CAMEL RIDING.... its an experience, it was tough but IT WAS PURE MAGIC. we joined the locals in the middle of the camp, we sang, we danced, we got to know everyone, and even experienced rain in the desert. one of the CORE MEMORIES on this trip was that riding camel during the night while the moon showed us his full glory. such an experience.
