Excursion from Marrakech to the desert!

Your private driver will pick you up in Marrakech for a 5-day excursion to the Moroccan desert.

DAY 1

Departure from Marrakech in the morning on the road to the Grand Atlas, we will take the opportunity to visit an authentic cooperative of certified argan oil production.
– Visit of 2 hours to the Kasbah Ait benhadou, located in the province of Ouarzazate. Which is a picturesque example of the charm of southern Moroccan architecture.
– Proposal of a lunch at Ait Benhadou.
– Departure to the Hotel boumaln daddes.

DAY 2

Departure from the hotel at 9am to visit the Gorges of Daddes, overlooking the agricultural valleys where olive trees are grown, while crossing the cliffs of the fingers of monkeys.
After this visit we leave for the Gorges of Tinghir which is 45 km away, we also see valleys filled with palm trees.
– Lunch is proposed in Tinjdad or Erfoud.
– We spend a night in Merzouga in the middle of the dunes in an idyllic and relaxing setting under beautiful tents typically Berber, you will have the opportunity to see a show of the Thousand and One Nights.
– At dawn you can see a magnificent sunrise in the middle of the dunes.
After breakfast you will have the choice to return by 4×4 or by camel ride.

DAY 3

Visit of the Souk Rissani where you can find spices, dates, woven baskets.
Lunch proposal with the menu, the specialty of the desert called Medfouna is a “Berber Pizza”.
Return to the hotel at the end of the day.

DAY 4

Departure to Ouarzazate through Agdez, we propose to do this road in 2 days to return to Marrakech because it is a winding road.

DAY 5

The last day is the return to Marrakech.
