Holiday Itinerary

Day 1 : Fly to Marrakech

Join tour in Marrakech. Arrival Day and Welcome Meeting Complimentary airport transfers are provided for clients arriving on this day.

Day 2: Marrakech – Oukaimeden(2600m) - Tachdirt(2500m).

We drive to Oukaimeden in the foothills of the Atlas where after a picnic lunch our trekking starts. A steady climb takes us up to the Tiz N`Aaadi (2980m.) before a picturesque descent to our camp in front of the Tachdirt village. With views across to the Imnan valley.

2 hrs drive / 4 hrs walk / Meals: B, L, D / camp

Day 3: Tachdirt (2500m) - Likemt pass (3550m) - Azib n Likemt (2600m)

After early breakfast we start our first long climb through ever changing landscapes rewards us with spectacular views before reaching Tizi-n-Likemt (3550m). After pausing for panoramic views toward the high Atlas Mountains we trek down to the shelters of Likemt where we set our camp.

7 hrs walk / Meals: B, L, D / camp

Day 4 : Azib n Likemt (2600m) - Tizi n Ourayn (3100m) - Amssouzart (1740m)

Today we walk along the Ourayn river until the Ourayn Pass 3100m. And our first glimpse of Toubkal dominating the landscape. We then descent through green valleys before reaching the Berber village of Amsouzart.(1740m) where we stay overnight in local camping.

6 hrs walk / Meals: B, L, D / camping

Day 5 : Amssouzart (1740m) - Ifni Lake (2300m)

Today is quit short walk of 4 hours passing by many villages in the way, to get to the beautiful lake that is surrounded by Rocky Mountains, we will be there by lunch time and spend afternoon on the board of the lake.

4 hrs walk / Meals: B, L, D / camp

Day 6 : Ifni Lake (2300m) - Ouanoumss pass (3650m) - Neltner refuge (3207m)

After leaving our camp, the trekking is tough but unforgettable as we start a long climb to cross one of the most spectacular mountain passes in the Atlas - The Tizi-n-Ouanoums (3650m). Situated between two peaks - Toubkal and Ouanoukrim our steep afternoon descent ends at the Neltner Refuge (3207m) in its secluded location.

6 hrs walk / Meals: B, L, D / camp

Day 7 : Ascension of Toubkal (4167 m) - return to Neltner

Our early start heads steeply up above the refuge zig-zagging across scree and boulders before reaching the summit of Jebel Toubkal (4167m) - North Africa's highest peak. After pausing for panoramic views and a "summit shot, » The descent from the peaks takes us to our camp near the Neltner refuge. Same camp.

6 hrs walk / Meals: B, L, D / camp

Day 8 : Neltner (3207m) - Imlil (1750m) - Drive to Marrakech

Our walk this morning takes us down to the main village of Imlil valley (1750m) Crossing the pastoral shrine of Sidi Chamharouch, set beside a small waterfall and a jumbled cluster of village houses clinging to the rock face. Drive back to Marrakech

5 hrs walk / 1 hrs 30 min drive / Meals: B, L / Hotel or Riad

Day 9 : Marrakech Airport

Transfer to the Marrakech airport.

Flight back home.
