EN: ZAID "From Ugliness to Beauty: the amazing artistic journey of Zaid tells the captivating story of Rachid Zaid, an artist sculpteur 3D from Morocco who taught himself everything.
He started as someone who assembled metal items and became highly skilled at creating incredible sculptures, mainly from old metal objects.
A short documentary written and directed by Mohammed Dabani; co-production ADM prod and ForgART year of production 2023

FR: Le parcours artistique étonnant de Zaid" raconte l'histoire captivante de Rachid Zaid, un artiste originaire du Maroc qui a tout appris par lui-même. Il a commencé en tant que personne qui assemble des choses en métal, et il est devenu vraiment doué pour créer d'incroyables sculptures à partir d'objets anciens, principalement en métal.
Le film montre comment la vie de Rachid a changé. D'abord, il a fait des peintures qui pouvaient aussi produire de la musique. Ensuite, il a appris à réaliser des sculptures détaillées d'instruments de musique à partir d'objets que les gens jettent.
