Welcome to our page! Minna Apartments complex
are located in a small coastal village, Utjeha in Montenegro. Between the great Adriatic port city, Bar and the ancient cultural and historical city of Ulcinj.
They consist of three buildings, with a total of 35 apartments. The property is located between the hills and the sea, 150m above the main road, with a beautiful panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and Utjeha, and only 10 minutes walk from the famous beach “Uvala Maslina”
In addition to the apartment, there is a pensions restaurant, heated swimming pool of 10x6m with a depth of 1.70m, with free use of sunbeds and sunshades, free parking and underground garages, as well as the inevitable two rooftop terraces, ideal for cocktails, birthdays, family celebrations, themed evenings, as well as enjoying the sun and watching the beautiful sunsets.
