Take this tour to experience some of the natural and cultural treasures of Montenegro. All you will need to do is to relax and enjoy the beauty of our country. You will have a chance to try authentic Montenegrin food and drinks, and get to places that offer the most stunning views of the Boka Bay and further. Get your cameras ready to take many photos, and let’s go! START (9am) – Kotor – we are driving up the old road which was constructed in 1989 and contains 25 curves up the mountain and leads to Njegusi-a historic village with preserved traditional architecture – eventually reaching the top of mountain Lovćen (1657m), where a mausoleum dedicated to our leader Peter II Petrović Njegoš is situated.The mausoleum sits at the the top of the climbof 461 steps. You will be able to taste coffee the way we make it in Montenegro, and savor some national delicatessen while enjoying fresh mountain air and magnificent views. For the ones who like to walk, we will make time to reach and enter the mausoleum (trying Montenegrin national costume is an option for the fashionistas too). Next stop will be the city of Cetinje, the old Montenegrin capital with rich history and heritage of the royal family who used to live there. Visits to the monastery and royal courts are planned. We will then take the scenic route that descends to the sea and continues along the coastline to Sveti Stefan peninsula, one of the glamourous spots of Montenegro known for its famous clientele and ravishing beauty. The new road will be taken to then quickly return to Kotor (late afternoon hours). Giving high importance to your comfort, we have chosen to operate the tour in Mercedes Benz V250 that seats 7 passengers and offers 2 independently operated AC systems, leather seats and special darkened windows that protect from the sun while allowing excellent visibility.
