eath-taking view on the Bay of Kotor, listed among the 25 most beautiful bays in the world. Forza Lux Guest house is open all year long. It has 6 uniquely decorated rooms (5 standard rooms and a suite room with whirlpool bath). All rooms have picturesque views of the narrow streets and antique buildings of Kotor. All rooms are equipped with a central air conditioning system, used as heating during winter, a mini-bar, a refrigerator, an LCD - TV (satellite), free Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, an iron etc. The house has a shared kitchen with all the necessary equipment incl. an electric stove with oven and extractor hood, fridge and freezer, microwave, cooler, kettle, crockery, and tableware. The spacious living room furnished in monumental style accommodates 16 people and is suitable for various events and private celebrations incl. business meetings, banquets, anniversaries and weddings. Guests will appreciate the convenient location of the house with restaurants, bars and supermarkets of the Old City located just few steps away. The city beach is 300 meters away, the Kotor bus station is within 500 meters walk. The Old City of Kotor is a pedestrian zone. Parking is available outside the fortress walls, within 300 meters walk from the guesthouse. There are several paid parking slots around the city available at the cost of 0.60 – 090 e/h. However, locals park their cars anywhere near the old town, where parking is not prohibited. On the map you can see the location of these streets. Excursions & attractions:
Walking along the medieval fortification walls of Kotor, located on top of the hill at 270 m above sea level, towards the fortress of St. John will take about 1.5 hour. You may want to wear sports shoes and get some water while on this tour. A small town of Perast with many medieval churches and the Maritime Museum is a well-preserved example of Baroque architecture and part of UNESCO heritage. In front of town lies the most important shrine for all sailors, the artificial island of Our Lady on the Rocks. The church on the island has the same name as the island, located 15 km away from Kotor. The sky deck that boasts incredible views of the Bay of Kotor is located on the 25th turn of the old Austro -Hungarian serpentine road leading to the Negosh village. The viewpoint is located less than 20 km from Kotor, but it's located at the altitude of 900 m above the sea level. Since the road is narrow, we highly recommend that you drive cautiously. Our management is happy to give you some advice on other interesting destinations in Montenegro and organize a private tour with a licensed guide. Children's playground is located in the park 300 meters away from the guesthouse, in front of the shopping centre Camellia. The game room is on the third floor of the Camellia shopping centre. Several stores with children's clothing can be found inside the Old City. About us:
