Based at Lake Skadar National Park, you will discover one of Europe's top five sites for migratory birds at that magical time of year when migration crosses with breeding season. WINE ROADS

Skadar Lake region, known for its wines made of autochthonous grape varieties, provides guests with a special experience. The autochthonous variety vranac has been grown here for centuries. A powerful and robust red wine called Vranac is made of this leading variety in the Montenegrin viticultural area. Krstač is a national white wine made of the autochthonous grape variety krstač. It is specific for the berry size and form of the bunch, which resembles a cross, after which it took its name. Besides these two most famous Montenegrin varieties, there is also kratošija, an interesting type of red wine grape grown in the vineyards of this region.
