High in mountains next to Niksic, Monastery of Ostrog is located, the biggest Montenegrin pilgrimage place, built in XVII century. In it rest the remains of St Vasilije Ostroski. The holly relics of Saint Basil can be found in the lower church of the upper monastery. Ostrog Monastery was built by natural and human interaction, carved almost in its entirety in a vertically positioned mountain cliff. There are no many written evidences about the process and time of construction, but looking at it now it is a really amazing piece of human work difficult to imagine being done even today with all modern technology.

This monastery, carved in mountain, is high above Bjelopavlici plain. Most impressive part of monastery is Upper Ostog where two small churches are built, upper small church dedicated to Saint Cross and lower dedicated to Presentation of Mary. This sanctuary is one of the most visited orthodox pilgrimage sites in the world. It is a spiritual center of Montenegro and also a place for pilgrims to gather of various faiths and religions of the world.

On Montenegro in a day tour we will enjoy the view of Jaz beach, visit to the Old Town of Budva, taking photos above Sveti Stefan, a panoramic drive through Brajići above Budva towards Cetinje, a city of historical importance for the Montenegro and a panoramic drive through Njeguši and Trojica hill to small town of Perast (with optional visit to Our Lady of the Rocks island) and back to Kotor.Jaz beach is one of the most popular beach in Montenegro. On the beach was concert of Rolling Stones and Madonna.

The Island of St. Nicholas is the largest in the southern part of the Adriatic Sea. Length of 2 km. On the island is the Church of St. Nicholas after which the island got its name, which was first mentioned in the 16th century. Perfect for those seeking a little privacy and escape from the crowds. As a curiosity and attraction are the island deers that live here in a natural reserve.
After we make some beautiful photos we continue driving for about ten minutes to reach the Old Town of Budva.

Budva is one of the oldest cities on the Adriatic Sea. It is surrounded by ramparts originating from the XV century including a medieval fortification system with city gates, defense walls and towers. The ramparts spread the Citadel, once powerful military fortress, which in summer sometimes manage to disguise itself as a stage festival ‘’Grad Teatar’’ (\"City Theatre \"). Theatrical performances are also held in a smaller arena \"between churches\" that protect the saints of various denominations - St Mary \"in punta\" (840 .), St Sava (XII-XIII century) and St Trojica (1804.). ‘’Trg pjesnika’’ (‘’Square poet’’) and ‘’Grad Teatar’’ (‘’City Theatre’’) names point at the festival character of Budva.
Seeing the beauty of Budva and sensing the atmosphere of the Middle Ages we continue with 15 minutes drive to the next photo stop above the island of Sveti Stefan.

Sveti Stefan, a town - hotel, is located on an island connected to the mainland by a narrow strip that has two red colored sandy beaches. Many famous persons have visited Sveti Stefan, among them Sofia Loren, Monica Viti, Willie Brandt, Bobbi Fisher, Sylvester Stallone, Claudia Schiffer and Ingmar Stenmark.
Above Sveti Stefan we remain for 15 minutes and then continue with the trip through Brajici to Cetinje.
Cetinje is known as the historical and cultural capital of Montenegro, and two buildings for which the city is most recognizable are Cetinje Monastery and NjegoĹĄeva Biljarda (Billiard House). Cetinje Monastery is one of the most visited religious center in Montenegro.
Njegusi is the village near Cetinje and its crucial for the history of Montenegro and strongly attached to Cetinje.
The road to Njegusi was the only link with Cetinje and Kotor and with all Montenegrin coast. The road was designed and built by the Austrian engineer from 1878 until 1884. The road constantly rises and reaches an altitude of 1000 m height that provides fantastic views from this road to the \"Bride of the Adriatic\" . The view is hard to describe in words. Each serpertine, and there are 25 of them, presents a spectacular view of the breathtaking Boka Kotorska Bay.
While coming down and nearing the end of our ride we will stop once at Trojica hill to take photos and slowly enter the city crowds of Kotor.
Then we go to Perast. Perast is a quiet and peaceful place. Especially interesting is an island near the city named Gospa od Skrpjela, the only artificially constructed island in the Adriatic Sea and church on the island, builted in 1667 . The island is the size of 3300m2. Next to the island of Our Lady of the rocks is located the island St George with church from the twelfth century. At the peak of power Perast had two shipyards fleet of 100 ships and 1700 inhabitants.
Kotor Old Town, although at the end of our tour, should not be missed.
Kotor is unique for several reasons. It is located on the only natural fjord of its kind in the world and in a bay that has made the list of Most Beautiful Bays in the World. But visiting Kotor is about more than beautiful views-it\'s also about experiencing the cultural heritage of Boka Kotorska Bay.

Bay of Kotor tour involves two of the richest cultural places on the Montenegrin coast as well as ride all around the Bay of Kotor with some amazing photo opportunities.
Perast is for sure one of the most beautiful sights in Boka Kotorska bay (Bay of Kotor). Today it is often called the quietest town in bay. Numerous narrow streets and baroque palaces which provide evidence of the previous rich lifestyle of the inhabitants, testify to the richness of the Bay of Kotor in times past, on days when there used to be a luxurious life of its inhabitants. Perast used to be a town of sailors in Bay of Kotor and for being known outside the territory of Montenegro. We can see even today the famous stone houses and captains’ mansions built in Baroque style.

Bay of Kotor tour: We visit the Our Lady of the Rocks, manmade island in front of Perast from middle of 15th century, where 2 brothers from Perast found the painting of Our Lady, and the locals decided to build a chapel dedicated to Mother of God. Rocks were piled around the site and a chapel built on it. Then, in Fasinada, traditional custom in Bay of Kotor, they unloaded the rocks for centuries, sank dilapidated boats and Turkish ships, so that over time the surface of the island is increasingly spreading.

On the way around the Bay of Kotor we will stop in Risan, small place in municipality of Kotor where we will find some mosaics which are dating from 2nd century, from the Roman period.

We will get some great opportunities for taking photos, specially from hill Trojica where we will have best angle for taking photographs of the Bay of Kotor.

Walking tour in Kotor will be great way to end Bay of Kotor tour. You will get to see how well is preserved this town originally constructed in Byzantine time. Kotor is situated in one of the 20 most beautiful bays in the world (Bay of Kotor), a city of traders and famous sailors. The old town of Kotor is a well-preserved urbanization typical of the construction between the XII and XIV centuries. Medieval architecture and numerous monuments of cultural heritage have made Kotor a UNESCO -s list of "World Natural and Cultural Heritage" since 1979.
