As of January 2025, Montenegro became a top refueling spot again!

After the 2022 ban, this game-changer is making a comeback, helping yachts cut costs while cruising the Adriatic.

The rules are clear: For a yacht to fill with duty-free fuel, it must spend at least 72 hours in Montenegro's territorial waters. After filling, the vessel must leave the country but can return later.

Refueling will be available at Porto Montenegro, Portonovi, and Marina Bar.
