If you are a fan of active holiday we invite you to escape your daily routine and the angst of the traffic road and experience the magic of nature in one of our secluded yet charming getaway houses in Motički gaj, Žabljak.

Close your eyes and let yourself imagine a beautiful sunny morning. You are sitting on a terrace with a cup of coffee looking over the green valleys and the mighty Durmitor.

If you are craving freshly baked pastries, you’ll find traditional bakeries in the heart of Žabljak, 2km away from the accommodation.

But, in case you already had your breakfast and wish to stretch your legs, take a morning walk through the woods and arrive at the Black Lake - only 1.8 km away from your terrace. Or, perhaps, you wish to visit the base of the ski lifts at Savin K*k, take a refreshing walk of 1 km and enjoy the wonderful nature of our National Park Durmitor. Either way, you'll have an excellent morning, for certain.

Should you wish to spend your holiday taking part in activities like white river rafting, trekking, jeep safari, horseback riding, mountain biking, paragliding, driving ATVs through the Durmitor’s landscape, and many more, be sure to check in with us, as we offer a wide range of adventures that can spike up your adrenaline. Or simply, take your breath away.

With seven available houses, each of which is 140 squared meters, you will discover that our accommodations offer elegance on the inside and convenient access to the spectacular wilderness on the outside. The interior blends preeminent comfort with all the modern amenities you might need, whether it is a cable TV or WiFi - just in case you need to get in touch with reality.

You are worried about parking? We've got it covered. All guest have reserved parking spots on the premises.

When it comes to the houses' interior, you’ll find new furnishings, wood panelling and cosy yet modern atmosphere. Look through the window and you’ll be greeted with magnificent vistas of endless forests and tall mountains.

Every house has an entrance porch and is built on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room and a dining room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen and one toilet.

On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms equipped with a shower.

All houses have two bedrooms - one with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. A total of six people can sleep in a house since the living room includes a pull out sofa bed. A baby crib is available if needed.

By the time the sun begins to set, we invite you to start up a BBQ while your kids play at the playground.

Enjoy a lovely evening while stargazing and listening to the inviting silence.
