Welcome to our colorful and sun-filled brand new apartment! It's cozy and spacious (54 square meters) ,modern furnished apartment suitable up to 5 persons. Located in Debar Maalo, bohemian quarter in the heart of Skopje known as the social hub for locals, where you will surely experience the authentic spirit of Skopje. Here you will find all the Macedonian national restaurants, hip bars & clubs.
This beautiful modernly furnished apartment has one bedroom and open fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and a balcony with outstanding view. It has all you need: from cooking utensils, and tiny ingredients you always need such as salt, pepper, coffee up to hairdryer and toiletries. It has one master bedroom (queen size bed) fitting two people and living room with 1 comfortable sofa (can be used as double bed) and one spare bed for a fifth person. It has a smart LED TV, cable tv, free WI-FI internet, air conditioning, heating, free private parking spaces, elevator. All necessary towels and bed lines for your stay will be provided fresh and clean. Guests can access the whole apartment and everything in it.

Debar Maalo is the bohemian neighborhood in the heart of the capital. It’s a lively and picturesque neighborhood full of craft shops, art studios, exhibition spaces, coffee shops and traditional Macedonian restaurants. In the evening it becomes a bustling center of international nightlife with restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pubs and cultural events. There are a lot of shops and supermarkets around. It is 5 min walk from the City Park and the ZOO, 10 min walk from the Philip II Arena and 20 min. walk to the main square, old bazaar & all other sights.
