Здружението ”Центар за промоција на одржливи земјоделски практики и рурален развој” е воспоставено по иницијатива на група граѓани - експерти од областа на земјоделството, руралниот развој, економијата и заштитата на животната средина и културното наследство на основа на споствените сознанија и искуство и согледаната неопходна потреба за интензивно дејствување на полето на воведување на одржливите

практики во областа на земјоделството и руралниот развој. Здружението е воспоставено со одржување на состанок на основачите во јуни, 2007 година кога е донесена одлука за името, скратениот латиничен назив и симболот на Здружението. The Association "Center for promotion of sustainable agricultural practices and rural development" is established upon initiative of a group of citizens – experts in the field of agriculture, rural development, economy and environment based on their personal knowledge and experience as well as realization of the necessary need for intensive work in the field to introduce sustainable practices in the area of agriculture and rural development. The Association is established with an initial meeting of its founders in June, 2007 when a decision is made about the name, short name (with latin letters) and the symbol of the Association. CeProSARD aims to achieve the following goals: increased sustainability in the development of agriculture and environment; support to the development of institutional capacities on local and national level; increased awareness for performance of sustainable practices in agriculture and rural development; proper management of the human and natural resources; increased awareness for the deficiency, the needs and methods for energy saving, as well as for energy management as a resource from the agricultural practices; decreased greenhouse emissions and air pollution, decreased contamination of the soil and the waters in the Republic of Macedonia; support to utilization of the government measures and implementation of the measures of the EU for adjustment and protection of the environment; protection of the cultural heritage as a significant element of the sustainable development in the contemporary global tendencies for protection of the environment and climate change. Our vision - Rural areas developed in sustainable manner with profound consideration of environment, efficient use of renewable energies, energy efficiency, preserved cultural heritage that will contribute for creation of favorable social environment for future generations. Through research and application of best practices we aim for provision of improved living conditions both in rural and urban areas.

CeProSARD is pleased to participate at Connective Cities Final Event: Renewable Energy Options at the Municipal Level - Podgorica, Montenegro. Amongst various Panel discussions, the representative from CeProSARD , Damjan Mitev, participated at Panel Discussion: Finance Mobilization Trends & Opportunities.

🌞 The programme has supported pilot projects focused on innovative local energy solutions.
🧑‍💼 The Event consists of practical project presentations, thematic discussions on planning, financing and implementation, a matchmaking session with donor organizations, and a technical excursion to an energy efficiency project in Cetinje. Also, fosters dialogue across sectors, highlights transferable solutions, and strengthens international cooperation for sustainable urban energy transitions. This marks the conclusion of the Connective Cities learning process on municipal energy transition in South-East Europe and the Caucasus.

CeProSARD was pleased to participate in this year’s MEF25 - Western Balkan Energy Forum!

Following our goals to promote inclusive and green economic development, together with Helvetas Schweiz, through Sida - Styrelsen för Internationellt Utvecklingssamarbete RECONOMY "Energy efficiency in construction and renovation" project, we facilitated the participation of market actors (Knauf Macedonia, Solar Macedonia, and Macedonian Green Building Council) who are driving change in energy efficiency and sustainable construction.
It was excellent 👍 to share this experience together all together.

MEF-WB Energy Forum is the premier gathering set to guide the Western Balkans toward a clean energy. CeProSARD is excited to participate and support attendance of International DGNB Consultant Training (the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council Academy 02.06.2025 – 06.06.2025) аs part of the project "Energy efficiency in construction and renovation" from RECONOMY program.

📢 Interna­tio­nal DGNB Consultant audits new construction or renovation projects in countries worldwide which do not yet have an adapted version of the DGNB System.

With the training 🖊️ to become an International DGNB Consultant, the participant will qualify as an accredited expert for DGNB Certification in an international context. The training prepares the participant to apply and optimally implement the requirements of certification in the design, planning and construction process according to the international version of the DGNB System for buildings and districts in practice. The focus is on adapting the DGNB System to the specific local requirements in new markets.

Learning objectives and skills taught:
💡 The participant will gain extensive knowledge of the basics of DGNB Certification and proof of a recognized degree.
💡 The participant will learn to implement the DGNB requirements for sustainable buildings and districts in the design, planning and construction process and to adapt them to local conditions.
💡 The participant will be able to carry out DGNB Certification for buildings, and districts in all countries where there is not yet a locally adapted DGNB System.

Во рамки на проектот „Зелена Топлина“, во текот на месец април и мај, се одржаа два работни состаноци во Општина Радовиш помеѓу претставници од општината, компанијата изведувач и надзорот кои работат на воведување на нов енергетски ефикасен систем за греење базиран на ОИЕ, односно високо-ефикасни топлински пумпи во пет јавни објекти во Општина Радовиш.

На работните состаноци се дефинираа микролокациите на термопумпите согласно позитивните прописи, се дискутираше за примена на сите законски мерки за против пожарна заштита, се прибираат сите документи и решенија согласно правилниците и законските акти и теренски се посетуваат 5те јавни објекти во општината.

Во рамки на проектот, предвидено е поставување на овие алтернативни системи за греење на пет објекти во општината. Општина Радовиш ја заврши тендерската постапка за набавка која се одвиваше изминатите месеци и додели договор „клуч на рака“ за поставување на овие високоефикасни системи за централно греење (топлински пумпи) во ОУ „Крсте Петков Мисирков“, СОУ „Коста Сусинов“, детската градинка „Ацо Караманов“, спортската сала „25 Мај“, како и во административната зграда на Општината.

Проектот е финансиски поддржан од ИПА II Годишната акциона програма за Република Северна Македонија за 2020 година.

Претставник од нашата организација, присуствуваше на kick-off настанот на ЕУ проектот „Cordial: Инклузија без граници“ и панел дискусија на тема „Вклученост на граѓански организации во процесот на градење политики со цел социјална и економска инклузија на лица со попреченост“ кој се одржа во во Europe House, Скопје.

На панел дискусијата се говореше за повеќе тематики од областа како:
🔹важноста на партнерството помеѓу институциите и граѓанските организации за унапредување на инклузивни политики,
🔹социјалните услуги што ги нудат центрите за социјална работа и приватните даватели: типови услуги, празнини во покриеноста и пречки при спроведувањето
🔹 соработката со граѓанските организации и приватните даватели: формализирани механизми, клучни фактори за успех и потенцијал за проширување, како и улогата на институциите во таа соработка
🔹 меѓусекторска соработка: идентификација на клучни сектори за ефективна инклузија, функционална координација меѓу институциите и патеки за премин од неформални кон институционализирани модели на партнерство.

We are honored to have our CeProSARD colleague Damjan Mitev contribute as a panelist to the Kosovo Green Building Council - KGBC event held on May 23th, 2025. As a project manager, he presented the activities and support to market actors in WB countries, given in the frame of the “Energy efficiency in construction and renovation project”, as part of the RECONOMY program, implemented by Helvetas Schweiz in partnership with CeProSARD.

CeProSARD, on behalf of the RECONOMY program invites private sector actors to submit Concept Notes proposing innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions that can transform the Energy-Efficient Construction and Renovation (EECR) sector in the Western Balkans and contribute towards market growth and sustainability, through improved business readiness and market access of EE solution providers.
The main objective is to improve the competitiveness and visibility of companies offering innovative energy-efficient solutions, helping them reach new markets, better communicate their value, and scale their operations. By unlocking this growth potential, the proposed initiatives should aim to contribute to reduced CO₂ emissions, energy savings, and increased adoption of green practices among SMEs and households across the region.
To ensure market relevance and sustainability, CeProSARD encourages proposals that demonstrate how the solution integrates into the wider EECR market system, including linkages with suppliers, buyers, and support service providers and that clearly define the type of support required (technical, promotional, strategic, etc.). Special attention should be given to reflecting on the added value of RECONOMY’s support and to illustrating how the proposed intervention could help in addressing systemic challenges that may be difficult to tackle independently.

📌Тимот на CeProSARD ја изразува својата поддршка за лицата од аутистичниот спектар и оние со атипичен развој, во рамките на месецот посветен на подигање на свеста за аутизмот. По повод Светскиот ден за подигање на свеста за аутизмот, кој се одбележува секоја година на 2-ри април, ја истакнуваме нашата посветеност кон создавање на поинклузивна иднина – за лицата со аутистичен спектар, но и за целото општество.

👉Овој значаен ден, официјално прогласен од Обединетите Нации на 2-ри април 2007 година, претставува можност да се зголеми разбирањето, прифаќањето и поддршката за луѓето со аутизам, како и да се поттикне создавањето на општество во кое секој има еднакви можности.

📌The team of CeProSARD stands in solidarity with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with atypical development, honoring Autism Awareness Month with heartfelt support and commitment. On this World Autism Awareness Day, celebrated every April 2nd, we reaffirm our dream of a more inclusive and compassionate world—not just for individuals with autism, but for all of us.

Тимот за имплементација на Проектот Зелена Топлина, спроведуван од Општина Радовиш во соработка со ЗГ ЦеПроСАРД, на 26.03.2025 во Музејот на љубовта и уметноста во Радовиш го одржа вториот состанок на Локалната група на чинители за обезбедување на зелена енергија за потребите на општината.

Состанокот го отвори градоначалникот на општина Радовиш, Ацо Ристов, кој го презентираше напредокот на проектот и работните активности поврзани со инсталација на новиот енергетски ефикасен модел на греење на 5 јавни објекти во општината.

Членовите на групата имаа можност да слушнат презентации за два значајни стратешки документи кои се изработуваат во рамки на проектот - „Програма за енергетска ефикасност“ на Општина Радовиш за периодот 2025 до 2028 година и „Бизнис моделот на ЕЛРАД Енерџи ДООЕЛ“.

По презентациите се одржа отворена дискусија и заклучоци од страна на присутните на овој работен состанок.

Вториот состанок на Локалнита група е значајна активност во спроведувањето на проектот Зелена Топлина. Поддршката и вклученоста на заедницата ја подобрува транспарентноста на целиот процес и ја подига јавната свест за одржливите извори на енергија.

Проектот Зелена топлина се реализира во партнерство со Општина Радовиш, ЈП Плаваја Радовиш и придружен партнер Белисче Хрватска.

Проектот е финансиран од Европската Унија.
