Monastery & Meditation
A day at a monastery for Pariyatti and Paripatti. It’s great opportunity to know more about the life of Buddhist Monks and basic knowledge of finding the inner peace in meditation. Today we are learning the way of Theravada Buddhism with practice sessions which is directly guided by a monk and language support by your English speaking guide.

Day trip to the countryside & pagodas in Bago
A relaxing day trip a bit outside of Yangon with a leisurely boat ride, village walk and farm activity. Then continue to Bago - former capital of Myanmar in 18 century and visit to the former palace and ancients pagodas.

The Special 2 Days/1 Night biking route takes you along beautiful tree-lined roads and through rolling sandy hills to the charming riverside town of Salay. After an afternoon of exploring, a quiet evening awaits soaking in the tranquil atmosphere of this typical Burmese town and take a good rest at Salay River View Hotel. The second day we explore the rarely-visited western bank of the Ayeyarwady River, biking through traditional Dry Zone villages. Our boat will then cruise back upriver towards Bagan, letting us off for another section of riding along the riverbank.

This "Off the Beaten Path" adventure offers great variety in just two days. It takes in village life in the Dry Zone, unrestored C12th and C13th pagodas, sandy riverside trails, unexpected oilfields, tree-lined avenues and Colonial buildings - now atmospheric in their decay. For many the highlight of the tour might be the Yoke Saung Kyaung at Salay - a magnificent Konbaung-period, carved-teak monastery; now a curious museum. For others it might be the reaction from the surprised local people as we pass through their riverside villages, far from any tourist "sight". For everyone these two days will be full of memorable moments as we take paths less trodden and seek out authentic experience.

Kalaw is a small former hill station and town for relaxing in colonial time surrounded by the Shan mountains. The British people discovered the Kalaw area is an ideal for walks in the mountains with great sceneries and also interesting hill tribe villages like Danu and Palaung. Kalaw is now popular for young people as a trekking area and photo shooting in natural flowers.

Hsipaw is well known for the beautiful scenery which happens to have one of the last remaining residences of a former Shan prince. The historical Bawgyo Pagoda, the ruins temples and Dokhtawaddy river are the most popular and attractive for visitors. In various of Shan's ethnic group, Palaung people are one of the colorful hill tribes in Northern Shan State who are famous for high quality tea plantation.

Hsipaw is the best option for those who are really love to enjoy their holiday in untouched beauty places. We can visit places around Hsipaw town at the moment but not further into the hills. Flights to Lashio are operating or go by car from Pyin Oo Lwin and Mandalay. The train over the Gokteik viaduct is not running at the moment.

What’s a truly adventure life as an elephant caretaker in the Bago Yoma??

Stay in a camp in the jungle and start your duty with the oozies in the early morning and the late afternoon to retrieve the elephants from the jungle. Learning about the jungle life and complexities for elephants and their handlers. No riding or washing elephants yet but learning about nature and walks through jungle & creeks and see these pachyderms up close in their natural habitat.

The walks can be a bit challenging (as we can’t predict where the elephants lead us to) and we advise good walking shoes to walk through forest as well as creeks. The trip is also available for families and it’s good to share such an incredible experience to children.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
· Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
· Ensure financial data relevant with laws and financial regulations
· Supervising payments in time to all suppliers (Accounts Payable)
· In charge of receiving payments from clients in time (Accounts Receivable)
· Following internal controls
· Assisting to Finance Manager
· Daily administration of the office running including bank and government works (licensing and or providing government with requested documents)
· Any other duties requested and in the interest of the clients and / or the companies
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
· B.Com or BA in Accounting or LCCI level 3 or similar relevant field
· Excellent communication skills in Myanmar and in English
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Service minded person with attention to detail
· Able to think out of the box

The Rakhine dynasty, based in Mrauk U, reached its peak during the 15th century. In those days Mrauk U was a busy trading port that was frequently visited by Dutch, Portuguese, Middle Eastern and Asian traders. The capital Mrauk U was called one of the richest cities in Asia, comparable to Amsterdam or London. What’s left today is a historical site with 700 temples build in a very different style from the Bagan temples (they more look like forts at first sight).

Bikers and hikers! We’ve been expanding the routes to explore on the Maung Shwe Lay peninsula (just south of Ngapali); excellent to combine with a stay in Ngapali or while staying at Lalay Lodge. This latest bike ride is easy; just 21 km, not too hilly and quite a bit of shade in the afternoon.
