09:00 Am: Visit will start with the Mingun Bell, a magnificent sight of the world’s largest un-cracked bell weighing 90 tons, and will continue with Hsinbyume Paya ( Mya Thein Tan Pagoda ) as well as the unfinished Mingun Paya, built as one of the world’s largest chedis by King Bodaw Paya. After a short excursion, return back to the ship and back sailing to Mandalay.

"Phowintaung"
Phowintaung is a Buddhist cave complex located approximately 25 kilometers west of Monywa and 10 kilometers southeast of Yinmabin, in Yinmabin Township, Monywa District, Sagaing Region, Northern Burma. It is located on the western bank of the Chindwin River. The name of the complex means Mountain of Isolated Solitary Meditation.

"Bupaya Pagoda"
Bupaya Pagoda is a notable pagoda located in Bagan, in Myanmar, at a bend on the right bank of the Ayeyarwady River. The small pagoda, which has a bulbous shaped dome, Pyusawhti who ruled from 168 to 243 AD. It is one of the most notable shrines among the thousands of new or ruined Pagodas in Pagan, which is located about 90 miles (140 km) south of Mandalay.

ပုဂံတြင္ အထူးျခားဆံုးဘုရားတစ္ဆူျဖစ္ၿပီး ဧရာဝတီျမစ္ကမ္းပါးေပၚ၌ တည္ထားကိုးကြယ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဗူးသီးပံု အမိုးသ႑ာန္ႏွင့္တည္ထားခဲ့ၿပီး အေသးငယ္ဆံုး ဘုရားတစ္ဆူလည္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေအဒီ ၁၆၈ မွ ၂၄၃ အထိ ပ်ဴေစာထီး အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ခဲ့ၿပီး ပုဂံၿမိဳ႕အား က်ယ္ေပ်ာလာေစရန္ တည္ေထာင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ပုဂံ၏ ေစတီေထာင္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာထဲမွ အထူးအျခားဆံုးဘုရားတစ္ဆူျဖစ္ၿပီး မႏၱေလးၿမိဳ႕ေတာင္ဘက္ ၉၀ကီလိုမီတာတြင္ တည္ရွိပါတယ္။

The Hsinbyume Pagoda is also known as Myatheindan Pagoda. It is a large pagoda on the northern side of Mingunin Sagaing Region in Myanmar, on the western bank of the Irrawaddy River. The pagoda was built in 1816 by Bagyidaw.
The pagoda's design is a great departure from Burmese pagoda design norms.
And the pagoda was badly damaged by an earthquake in 1836 and was restored by King Mindon in 1874.

ျမသိန္းတန္ဘုျရား လို႔ နာမည္ထင္ရွားတဲ့ ရွင္ျဖဴဘုရားသည္ မင္းကြန္းၿမိဳ႕ ေျမာက္ဖက္ တြင္ တည္ရွိေနၿပီး စစ္ကိုင္းတုိင္းေဒသတြင္း အၾကီးဆံုး ဘုရားတစ္ဆူလည္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ျမသိန္းတန္ ဘုရားသည္ ၁၉၈၆ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ဘၾကီးေတာ္ဘုရားတည္ထားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ဘုရား တည္ထားပံုမွာ ထင္ရွားေက်ာ္ၾကားျပီးအံၾသစရာေကာင္းေလာက္ေအာင္ကို လက္ရာေျမာက္လြန္းခဲ့သည္ ၁၈၃၆ ခုႏွစ္ တြင္ ငလ်င္ဒဏ္ျပင္းထန္စြာ ထိမွန္ျပီးေနာက္ ပ်က္ဆီးခဲ့ရသည္။ ထို႕ေနာက္ ၁၈၇၆ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ မင္းတုန္းမင္းသည္ ထပ္မံျပန္လည္မြမ္းမံ တည္ထားကိုးကြယ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။

"The Pahtodawgyi Pagoda"

Mingun Pahtodawgyi is a pagoda located 10 km northwest of Mandalay in Mingun which lies in the Sagaing Division. Its main attraction is the ruined Mingun Pahtotawhyi.
The Pahtodawgyi is seen as the physical manifestations of the well known eccentricities of Bodawpaya.
The Mingun Pagoda is a massive unfinished pagoda built at the end of the 18th century, that was meant to be the largest pagoda in the country.

Myanmar traditional Elephant Dance

Traditional huge elephant figure is made from bamboo and paper. Two men take their places inside the figure and imitate and coordinate the movements of the dancers, assisted by a small number of musicians.

"Katha"

A real place from famous novel!
(George Orwell’s first novel “Burmese Days”)

Katha is located on the west side of the Irrawaddy River.
Katha is known in literature as the real place underlying the fictional Kyauktada, setting of George Orwell's first novel “Burmese Days” (1934).

Orwell himself served at Katha in 1926-27 in the Indian Imperial Police. The British Club (including active tennis court), police station, and town jail are locations mentioned in the novel that can still be visited today.

"Thadingyut festival"

Thadingyut festival is coming soon!!

It is held on the full moon day of the Burmese Lunar month of Thadingyut.

It is the second most famous festival after Thingyan Festival. Thadingyut festival is the celebration to welcome the Buddha’s descent from the heaven after he preached the Abhidhamma to his mother, Maya.

During Thadingyut the whole country is covered with candle light, the sky is full with small fire balloon. Absolutely, the surrounding is so beautiful and full with surprise.

"Manuha pagoda festival"

The Manuhar Pagoda Festival is held each year around September and October.

The Manuha Pagoda is one of the oldest temples in Bagan. It was built in 1067 by the Mon king Makuta, whose name has been corrupted to be known as Manuha, who was captured by King Anawrahta of Bagan in 1057.

The captive king placed Buddha statues in the temple that appear too large for their enclosures. This is thought to symbolise Manuha’s discomfort in captivity.

နန္းက်ဘုရင္ကို ဘုရင္အေနာ္ရထာက သကၠရာဇ္ ၁၀၅၇ ခုႏွစ္မွာ ဖမ္းဆီးခဲ့တာျဖစ္ၿပီး ဘုရားတည္ခြင့္ေတာင္းသျဖင့္ အေနာ္ရထာကခြင့္ျပဳခဲ့သည္။

အလြန္ႀကီးမားတဲ့ ဘုရားႀကီးကုိ ေက်ာင္းငယ္အတြင္းမွာ ထည့္သြင္းပူေဇာ္ထားျခင္းက မႏုဟာ၏ အေနာ္ရထာရဲ႕ဖမ္းဆီးျခင္းကို ခံထားရတဲ့ ဘဝက က်ဥ္းၾကပ္လြန္းေၾကာင္းကို ေဖာ္ျပေနသည္။
