1. Accountant (1 post)
- Salary: negotiable
- Working location: Myanmar Plaza, Yangon
Job Description:
โข Manage all accounting transactions
โข Prepare budget forecasts
โข Publish financial statements in time
โข Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
โข Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
โข Ensure timely bank payments
โข Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
โข Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
โข Report on the companyโs financial health and liquidity
โข Audit financial transactions and documents
โข Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
โข Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirements:
โข Working experience as an Accountant in travel company (is an advantage)
โข Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
โข Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
โข Experience with general ledger functions
โข Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
โข BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
โข Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
2. Admin & HR (1 post)

Job Description:
โข Greet visitors & Client, invite water, tea or coffee
โข Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
โข Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
โข Resolve administrative problems, coordinate repairs to office equipment
โข Maintain computer and manual filing systems
โข Confirm restaurant reservations for business directors and employee events
โข Some time need to go Government Offices
โข Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
โข Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
โข Perform orientations and update records of new staff
โข Perform the recruitment and selection process (job post, select CV, arrange an interview, etc..)

Job Requirements:
โข Graduated from college or university.

Job Description:
โข Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company Facepage, Youtube Chanel, Tiktok, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
โข Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
โข Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
โข Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
โข Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
โข Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
โข Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.

โข Maintaining customer's detailed information.
โข Sorting out any issues which may arise during the Trip.
โข Offering customer service to the client in regards to the cancellation of reservations.

โข Managing all the guest's emails and calls.
Job Requirements:
โข Graduated from college or university.
โข At least 1 years of experience as a Reservation Travel Agent, or a relevant role in the Travel and Tourism industry.
โข Working experience in using office equipment.
