The U Shwe Yoe and Daw moe dance is an essential part of charitable and other traditional Burmese ceremonies. The performer in the U Shwe Yoe and Daw Moe character dance to the music of the traditional Burmese music troupes. Thick eyebrows, long curved mustache, traditional Burmese headdress, the gaung baung, long scarf around the neck, traditional Burmese jacket taikpon, checked long sarong Taung Shae Pasoe and the small traditional Burmese style umbrella are the trademark of Shwe Yoe character.
This dance is always performed to make amusement by village lads in procession at festivals. This popular traditional Burmese dance is presented with delightful and humorous movements to please spectators.
hwe Yoe character dances with his comic moustache and comic movements trying to woo the spinster Daw Moe character. They sing, they dance and they flirt, and make the spectators laugh.

The largest railway trestle in the world upon its completion in 1901, the Gokteik Viaduct is the highest bridge in Myanmar. Located in the center of the country about 60 miles (100 kms) northeast of the largest city of Mandalay, the rail line was constructed as a way for the British Empire to expand their influence in the region.
Visitors around the world take the train from Mandalay to Lashio to enjoy a wonderful panoramic view surrounding the Gok Teik Bridge and study how the bridge was built in the wonderland.

Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda Festival
The main place to visit in Inle area is Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda. It is one of the most dazzling and magical places in Asia and one of the famous principal shrines in Myanmar. It houses five small Buddha images and is located in the middle of the Inle Lake. During festivals, thousands of people living around the lake and the surrounding mountain will bring flowers and fruits packed on the lacquered trays to celebrate and offer to the pagoda. The sailing team of the famous fishing village also participate in the annual boat race with traditional one leg rowing.
Some of the other interesting places to visit in Inle Lake are Floating Gardens, Five Days Market, Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery. Inle Lake is worth the visit to take the time to see the Intha living in the most beautiful natural lake environment.

Mahar Gandayong Monastery
In the wonderland, Myanmar,
Mahagandayong monastery is situated near the famous U Pein Bridge, in Amarapura, one of the old cities around Mandalay. This is one of the famous monasteries for learning Buddhism and there are over 1000 monks and 300 pre-novice (phothudaw) studying there. Mahagandayon is especially well known for its discipline. The best time to see is at lunch around 10 am, as all the monks are line up, accept alms and donation and have their final meal of the day in very quite and disciplined manner. Not only local Myanmar people but also tourist from around the world come to observe this auspicious occasion.
