#"Khan nairal" ensemble in the Great Hall at the #Chinggis Khan Museum played magnificent and majestic music of the court of Mongolian kings led by "Ikh Mongol" who performed in the royal court of Ligden Khutagt Khan 400 years ago!
#The instruments of the "Khan nairal" ensemble are written based on the archeological findings found in Mongolia and sources such as the scriptures of Great Mongolia and Great Yuan, the "Last Compilation of the Music of the Ligden Khan's Court" and ancient depictions such as Persian paintings of the 13th century. Based on the historical documents preserved in the art monuments, it is unique in that it has been completely recreated for the first time in Mongolia with the shape, size, and materials of that time. Also, musicians' clothing was recreated based on archeological finds, written sources, and research, just like musical instruments.
"Great Mongolia" which was played 400 years ago in Ligden Khutag Khan's palace was re-created in the ancient tradition of the palace orchestra of Mongolian emperors by converting the ancient vowel notation called "gun che po" into modern notes, stored in the treasury of the Beijing Imperial Palace Museum, and recorded in gold letters. The luxurious and majestic music of the palace of Mongolian kings led by Chinggis Khan National Museum began to resound around the world from the Great Hall stage.
#The HumanKind art exhibition is currently on display until November 30th, at the Mongol Art Gallery.
