In January 2001, Frédéric Roman-Hauduroy landed in Mongolia as a cultural Attaché of the French embassy and organized 7 month later the 1st festival combining electronic music an traditional Mongolian culture (1.000 people, 50 artists, and 3
international Dj’s in the steppes). Back in France, he then worked as a Development Manager in one of the leader MICE company. In 2005, considering his experience (35 countries in 4 years), his knowledge of Mongolia and his expertise on the MICE market, he decides to open a new destination on the French MICE market and created a new agency with Demidbal Zandraa, french speaking owner of the leading mongolian travel agency on the french leisure market (DMD Mongolie). Since the start and over years, teams had been trained to fit the expectations of that very specific market with occidental and international standards. Our management and our projects brought us the confidence of the french speaking market and allowed us to join a year ago the destination portfolio of the biggest representative office in France on the MICE market (Carré Destinations by PHCD). This representative office represents 15 DMC and 25 destinations on the MICE market as for example Arabian Adventures (Emirates group) and Pacific World (Hotel and Beds and TUI group for all south east Asia and 1st client of the Shangri-La hotels).
