✨The special occasion was kicked off with a classic Royal Tea Infused Cocktail showered with mind-blowing saxophone performance, followed by a delicate wine dinner with world-class champagne.

🥂The graceful dinner unveiled a delightful menu showcasing an exquisite selection of French cuisine expertly prepared by the talented team at Aux Beaux Arts. Every single dish was crafted with the finest and freshest ingredients, interpreting the genuine French culinary techniques and plating. Our sincere thanks to Mr. Asif Nisar Bajwa, Assistant Director of F&B at MGM Macau for leading the talent culinary and operation team in organizing such a magnificent French dinner for all skalleauges.

🥂🥂To embrace the arrival of autumn and celebrate friendship, SKAL Macau hosted a wonderful gathering at the new landmark at Hengqin - ARTYZEN HABITAT HENGQIN ZHUHAI by Artyzen Hospitality Group themed "My Habitat".

🌹🌹The special occasion was kicked off with a pre-dinner cocktail and dinner hosted at the "Studio" on the 6th floor, followed by a dessert cocktail at the "Townsquare Café Terrace" on the 5th floor with live DJ music to spin the night. The delectable dinner unveiled a delightful menu showcasing a special selection of Mediterrasian cuisine expertly prepared by the talented team at Artyzen Habitat Hengqin Zhuhai. Every single dish was attentively presented by the professional service team with interpretation of the culinary concept and ingredients.

🎉🎉After a fruitful summer break, SKAL members got together again with lots of sharing ! SKAL Macau hosted a dinner gathering at Lord Stow’s Garden Café located in the tranquil Coloane village where cultural charm interwines with history!

🥂🥂The dinner was attended by SKAL Macau’s Chairman and Director of Macao Government Tourism Office Ms. Helena de Senna Fernandes; Mr. Glen Chong, Head of Licensing and Inspection Department of Macao Government Tourism Office; former President Engr Joao Manuel Costa Antunes; President Mr. Vinzenz Rosa de Pauli, as well as all skalleauges and newly joined members.

🌹🌹The event was ramped up by an appetite-whetting three-course gastronomic menu, mesmerizing live music performance by the multi-talented culinary team which brought us an entrancing entertaining journey. A big thank you to our skalleagues Ms. Eileen Stow and Ms. Audrey Stow for hosting this engaging evening for us with attentive service, tantalising menu, exquisite wine and mind-blowing music performance. Not to be missed – the signature egg tart dessert palate as our FINALE!

🌹🌹To embrace the charm of Portugal, SKAL Macau hosted a lunch gathering on 9th Apr at ALBERGUE 1601 婆仔屋, an authentic Portuguese restaurant nestled in Macau’s historic and cultural enclave St. Lazarus District.

🥂🥂A delectable Portuguese lunch menu was meticulously prepared by Senior Executive Chef Pedro Almeida, complemented with a handpicked selection of fine wines imported from Portugal.

The lunch was attended by Mr. Ricky Hoi, Deputy Director of Macau Government Tourism Board, former President Engr Joao Manuel Costa Antunes, current President Vinzenz Rosa de Pauli, along with other skalleagues. 🌞🌞🌞To embrace the magical sunny day and welcome the Year of Dragon, SKAL Macau hosted a reunion gathering on 12th March at Macau’s leading recreational mecca Grand Coloane Resort.

🥂🥂Under the theme of “The Dragon Awakens,” the affluent lunch took place at the picturesque terrace at the exceptional Chinese restaurant Kwun Hoi Heen located on the 3rd floor of the resort. A delectable lunch menu featuring a special selection of Chinese cuisine expertly crafted by the talented team from the restaurant, was complemented by handpicked selection of premium wines, meticulously handcrafted Dragon paper art, exquisite table decoration and engaging music and dance performance to bring guests to a genuine gastronomic journey like no other!

🎉🎉To mark the start of the new year, SKAL Macau hosted its annual general meeting to report the activity and financial outcomes of the previous year with all board members. The meeting, followed by an engaging lunch gathering, took place at the luxurious French-inspired Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16 located in the historic center of the culturally-rich Macau, a UNESCO city.

🥂🥂The lunch was attended by Ms. Helena de Senna Fernandes, SKAL Macau’s Chairman and Director of Macao Government Tourism Office; Engr Joao Manuel Costa Antunes, former President of SKAL Macau; Vinzenz Rosa de Pauli , President of SKAL Macau, as well as other skalleagues and new members from Les Clefs d'Or Macau - Sammy Chan and Will Yu.
