This is to mention that we were on a Family Tour to Mauritius and indeed what an experience it was. To begin with, we were quite dicey if we should travel internationally with Aaji (who is 85 years old) considering that she has severe difficulty walking. We were also guided correctly by the salesperson, Sneha Patil, as to which tour would suit us best. But we took the leap and booked the tour. Ever since we were on the tour, Jayesh and Pravin have been so so so helpful. They would help Aaji get up, pull the wheelchair and assist in every way possible. Truly it felt like a family travelling together. One day when we had gone to the submarine ride and Aaji had stayed back at the hotel, Jayesh was kind enough to get breakfast in bed and also took her for lunch. They say small things make a huge difference and this shows not only one’s professional mannerisms but also personal attributes. Pravin, the local guide made sure we enjoyed every event on the itinerary. He would persuade us to try everything as much as possible and put so much effort in making sure everyone was comfortable and satisfied. He always had a smile on his face which made our days brighter. Everyone on the trip too was very supportive and indeed it was a perfect relaxing tour. We look forward to taking Aaji on more such international trips now that we know Veena World is with us. It was our dream to take Aaji on an international trip and Jayesh fulfilled it. Big thanks to him. - Samel Family
