Fish much? Try your luck in The Marianas!

The Saipan Fishermen’s Association has announced three major events for 2025. The 21st Mahi-Mahi Derby will be held on April 12, the 41st Saipan International Fishing Tournament on July 12-13, and the 3rd Annual Classic Billfish Tournament on Sept. 13.

All local, regional and international sport fishermen are welcomed! For more information or boat charters, contact and don't let this chance get away!

In observance of New Year's Day, Marianas Visitors Authority offices in Saipan, Tinian, and Rota will be closed beginning at 12 p.m. on Dec. 31. Normal office hours will resume on Friday, Jan. 3.

In observance of the Christmas holiday, the Marianas Visitors Authority offices on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota will be closed starting tomorrow, December 24th at 12:00 PM until Thursday, December 26th.

MVA Offices will resume normal business hours on Friday, December 27, 2024 at 8:00 AM.

The Latte Quarry at As Nieves on the island of Rota in The Marianas has just been designated as a National Historic Landmark by Secretary Haaland of the US Department of the Interior. The site joins 18 other newly designated landmarks that reflect the importance of sharing America's diverse history.
