After spending a week in the beautiful and luxuriant jungle of Costa Rica 🤩 that I am still integrating.

Can relate that the jungle really does something to me. Made me feel as much as alive than in Bali.
It awakens all of my senses.
The heat. The humidity. The sweat. The insects. The noise. A whole vibe. A whole vibrant life.

I can feel in my body that I am slightly reaching my limit of staying in the city 😵‍💫 return has been tough. Body is purging itself and Balinese jungle is calling.

Paris you’ve been good.
Time for more nature.

The bluespotted ribbontail ray, also known as Taeniura lymma, is a species of stingray characterized by its striking appearance. It has a disc-shaped body with a vivid blue coloration and numerous blue spots scattered across its dorsal surface. These rays are typically found in shallow, tropical waters of the Indian and Western Pacific Oceans, often resting on sandy or rocky substrates. They are known for their graceful swimming motion and are relatively docile unless provoked. Bluespotted ribbontail rays primarily feed on small fish, crustaceans, and mollusks, using their flattened teeth to crush and consume their prey. However, despite their beauty, they can deliver a painful sting if threatened, as they possess venomous spines located near the base of their long, whip-like tail.

About this journey of the Instructor Development Course. It’s been a lot of work, some moments of doubts, a tired and injured body… but also a lot of fun and practice… and great buddies to go through it 🥰
