Who are we?

Mermaid Cruises operates boat tours around Comino, Gozo and St.Paul’s Islands. The company has been operating for over 18 years. This year it has changed to new management but the staying true to the Mermaid ways. The Mermaid is all about being fun and family friendly. Mermaid is a traditional Maltese wooden schooner, operated by Captain Matthew and his crew.

Here at the Mermaid we care about comfort, the seating capacity is 48 people therefor you have the advantage of a more spacious, personalised experience onboard. Being a smaller boat it also has the added advantage of entering the caves (at no extra charge). Onboard the Mermaid one will find all facilities including a toilet, a snack bar that serves hot & cold snacks and drinks throughout the day at very reasonable prices. We have a sundeck on top, shaded areas below and if your looking for a thrill you can dive off the diving board or jump from the top deck, not to worry there are ladders that provide easy access in and out of the safe swimming zones.

We have a range of Cruises available but are widely renowned for our 2 Islands Cruise which is designed for those who would prefer to spend the maximum amount of time sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling in the crystal clear waters of the magical Blue Lagoon or our 3 Islands Cruise which is designed for those who would prefer to spend the maximum amount of time sightseeing and exploring our beautiful islands. We accommodate for private charters, sunset cruises and BBQ nights, all events are catered for on the Mermaid.
