Seared Filet Mignon with Shallot Peppercorn Cream Sauce
Ingredients:

4 filet mignon steaks (about 6 ounces each)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Shallot Peppercorn Cream Sauce:

1 tablespoon butter
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 tablespoon crushed black peppercorns
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Directions:

Prepare the Steaks:
Season the filet mignon steaks generously with salt and black pepper.
Sear the Steaks:
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear until they are well-browned on both sides and reach the desired level of doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove the steaks from the skillet and keep warm.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the shallots and sauté until soft and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the crushed peppercorns and cook for another minute.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Stir in the heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Continue to simmer until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
Serve:
Place each steak on a plate and spoon the shallot peppercorn cream sauce over the top.

Cajun shrimp and steak 🔥🔥

Ingredients:

• 45 ml (3 tsp) basil oil
• 10 ml (2 teaspoons) Cajun seasoning
• 1 lb (454 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast
• 1 large green or red bell pepper, seeded and cut into quarters
• 60 g (12 cups) Andouille or chorizo sausage, chopped
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 1 chopped tomato (about 250 ml/1 cup)
• 250 ml (1 cup) milk
• 1 Pack Knorr Sidekicks Fettuccine Alfredo

Instructions:

• In a medium coliseum, mix 30 ml( 2 soupspoons) Becel ® Oil and Cajun seasoning. Add funk and pepper. Toss to cover.

Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients:

Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoon honey softened
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
salt to taste
Salad
4 cups chicken breast , cooked, chopped (about 2 chicken breasts)
1 cup pecans , chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
4 green onions , chopped

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Whisk until well combined. Add salt, to taste.
2. In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Add salad dressing and toss to coat.
3. Add salt, to taste.

Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi Copycat

Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cooked pasta or crusty bread, for serving
Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Pour the chicken broth and lemon juice into the skillet, stirring to deglaze the pan and scrape up any browned bits. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce reduces slightly.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the butter until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to warm through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Serve hot over cooked pasta or with crusty bread.

Steak in Creamy Cajun Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons oil
1 pound steak (such as strip loin, rib eye, etc.)
Cajun seasoning to taste
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup chicken broth (or dry white wine)
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Directions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with Cajun seasoning to taste and sear until lightly browned on both sides and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, add the butter and let it melt. Add the shrimp and cook until just pink on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom with a wooden spoon as the broth sizzles.
Add the heavy cream, mix in the Dijon mustard and Cajun seasoning, bring to a boil and let simmer for a minute.
Mix in the parmesan cheese and let it melt into the sauce.
Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, and cooked shrimp. Serve the sauce over the steaks.

Regal Surf and Turf: Lobster and Filet Mignon

Recipe
Ingredients:

2 filet mignon steaks (6 ounces each)
2 lobster tails (6-8 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:

Prep the Steaks and Lobster: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper. Cut the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat.
Cook the Steaks: Brush the steaks with olive oil and place them on the grill or skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust time for desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.
Cook the Lobster: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Brush the lobster tails with garlic butter and place them on the grill or skillet, flesh side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and baste again with garlic butter. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.

Cajun Salmon and Shrimp Skillet

Recipe

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:

Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets and shrimp.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then sauté the bell peppers, onion, and garlic until they start to soften.
Add the cherry tomatoes and broth, and let simmer for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet, warming them through.
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Grilled Lobster and Shrimp 🍤

Ingredients:

2 lobster tails
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Lemon wedges for serving

Directions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails and Shrimp:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base of the tail. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat, laying it on top of the shell.
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Marinade:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Marinate and Grill:
Brush the lobster tails and shrimp generously with the garlic butter marinade.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for 10-12 minutes, basting occasionally with the garlic butter, until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Add the shrimp to the grill during the last 5 minutes of cooking, grilling until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve:
Remove the lobster tails and shrimp from the grill and place them on a serving platter.
Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter marinade and garnish with additional chopped parsley.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the seafood.
