Dr Martina's expertise is not limited to the medical field; she is also an avid traveller and outdoor enthusiast. Having journeyed to over 40 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America - she has experienced numerous adventures around the globe. Her passion for the outdoors and sports is further highlighted by her certification as a PADI Open Water Diver and her decade-long experience as a handball player.
Beyond her professional and adventurous pursuits, Dr Martina is dedicated to volunteering. She has volunteered with rescued elephants in Petchaburi, Thailand, and recently started participating in the Sea Turtle Nesting season with Nature Trust Malta.
