If you have been following my work since the start of the year you will know that I was recently focused on launching a 108 day programme called Re:Connect.
The programme was a curation of all I know to move us from self doubt to self trust, from swirling thought mess to deep knowing, from confusion in relationships to clarity, from distraction to focus.
From thinking that the answers are out there to remembering that it all begins in here, connected to ourselves.
I gave it my all and for (likely) several reasons it didn't land.
Because it is my absolute calling to do this work I want to understand WHY it didn't land and WHAT would serve better.
So I am asking for your help with that.

Today I am talking to a woman I only met about a year and a half ago but won I count amongst my closest.
As I got to know Cat I realised she is a community builder as well as a warm hearted, straight talking, strong and soft Northern lass.
Today we talk about love, the body, community and connection.
Cat Percival is an award winning wellbeing specialist with community at the heart of every thing she does. She has been featured in High Life North Magazine and in 2020 the Spirit of North Tyneside Award was created and presented to Cat, to honour the way she created supportive communities in a variety of environments (on and offline) during possibly the most isolating year the current world has experienced.
Cat uses the acts of gathering, talking and practicing yoga to nurture those that work with her. She believes there is so much power and solidarity in sharing our stories and experience of life with others. Bringing all these pieces together creates the magic feeling of being part of a community that matters.
Cat will be teaching on Re:Connect and I know you are going to love what she brings.

Today I have the deeeeep pleasure of talking to Michelle Bartolo about her experience of yoga, kundalini practices, and (most importantly) applying these to life!
Every damn day I learn something new from this woman and am very excited she is teaching on the Re:Connect programme (Links below, PS early bird offer ends tomorrow)
Michelle has been in the fitness & health industry for 30 years now and is fascinated by the human mind/body. Her yoga journey began when she noticed she was going way off balance - off to Rishikesh, India she went in 2010 into an Ashram to do her 500hr Teacher Training in Transformational Yoga. Since then Michelle offers retreats, privates, classes and 200 hr teacher trainings on an international level.
Michelles classes are inspired by the Kundalini tradition which she has been practicing since 2010 and teaching for the past 8 years. Kundalini works very close to the nervous system on a subtle level and unpacks whatever we may have stored in our physical bodies both mentally & emotionally.

Today I have the deeeeeelight of talking to Nora Sorensen on my FB Live about her journey with embodiment and her favourite thing about this work.
I have worked with Nora and had the pleasure of her participating in some of my programmes. She is ALWAYS an engaged and lively presence ❤️
Nora hosts self discovery events in collaboration with artists/facilitators that bring new ways of relating and understanding ourselves and others.
She created her now famous Monday Club Online for the curious to try something new regularly in an informal and playful setting.
She is now ALSO helping others to have stress free birthday experiences.
Nora's hosting skills are from her grandmother who was insanely organised, the joy for life that she was born with, her childhood trauma and her experience in hospitality and that is why her events are deeply personal and authentic.
Expect a red lip and lots of laughter and honesty ❤️

This month I am talking about the necessity and challenge of resting for those of us who are up in our heads more than is helpful.
My Embodiment for Overthinkers sessions on Fridays will include the January juice on
- Why rest is critical for calming overthinking
- Why rest can be really hard for overthinkers and how to approach it
- How to come in and out of rest so we don't get stuck in the end ranges of overefforting + exhaustion.
- All sessions will be embodied (i.e. not just talking) and the last session will be a 20 minute rest meditation.
