If you are fast with online communication, can work flexible hours and in love with Valletta: we would like to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent service for guests
Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
Ensure properties are prepared prior to check-in
Oversee check-in and check-out where applicable
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and other members of the team
Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved
Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
Provide guests information on the property and the surroundings

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Well presented
Driving license and locality close to Valletta will be prioritized

Tomorrow, NO ORDINARY TERRAIN will have a soft opening at MUŻA, Valletta. This will be a chance to meet and discover the work by the artists Sandra Zaffarese, Aaron Bezzina, Keit Bonnici and Tom Van Malderen.
