On February 26th 2020, Under Grain won a Michelin star after only 5 months from opening. We will always remain committed to go above and beyond to craft extraordinary dining experiences for all our guests.

A year ago, Michelin recognised Under Grain as a world-class foodie restaurant on 5 key criteria: the sublime quality of the product; the mastery of the culinary technique; the harmony and combination of flavours; the unique personality of the Chef expressed in the cuisine; and the unfaltering consistency which ties all of these elements together.

Since then Under Grain has welcomed hundreds of guests who return time and again to experience our Michelin first class service team.
