Dar Ghax-Xemx (meaning Sunny House), dates back to the 17th century and is situated in the quaint alleys of the oldest part of Victoria. It has been renovated to a very high standard making this lovely little house a firm favourite in the area. The property is located in a peaceful dead end alley too narrow

for even the smallest of cars to get through. Yet, within a couple of minutes walking distance you are in the centre of Victoria with its open air market and little shops. The main bus station is a 5 minute walk away making it an ideal place to stay if you do not want the expense of hiring a car. From the roof terrace there is a lovely view over the town towards the Hill of Gelmus - this is where the spectacular fireworks are set off during the feasts of St. George (3rd week of July) and Santa Maria (15th August). Make your holiday a one to remember in the oldest part of Victoria.
