My love for travel and my ongoing culinary journey has led me to a number of high-end restaurants working along-side top chefs who have, and continue to, inspire me on my journey. These jobs have led me to places like Australia, England and Malta, including various private yachts worldwide. They have helped form part of my ongoing curiosity and desire to keep learning more and expanding my knowled
ge on food and the industry in which I find myself. My inspiration lies in exploring flavours from all four corners of the globe all the while maintaining my focus on using well-sourced local produce available to me in a given place and environment. I enjoy experimenting with each ingredient in new and intricate ways, coming up with dishes that help bring out the essence of every component involved. Working on private yachts has also helped expand my knowledge on various dietary requirements, having catered for vegetarians, vegans and anyone with allergies towards various foods. This has helped in my capability towards creating diverse menus suitable for all. Currently, I am based in Malta. My goal is to continue exploring all that I have learnt and apply it to my practice. I will be experimenting with Maltese produce and sourcing my ingredients locally and sustainably, keeping with a certain standard of presentation, taste and overall dining experience. I am available for event catering, home-cooking and in the coming months I will be organising Pop-Up dinners in various locations.
