🌟 What an epic beach and foam party we had for the Dayforce Wellness Day! 🌊🎉 It was all about giving our incredible employees the chance to unplug, relax, and recharge!

The day kicked off with exciting games, followed by a foam pit that turned into an all-out dance party, with laughter and bubbles everywhere! 🎶🫧 And of course, the food was a hit—delicious dishes and desserts kept us fueled for all the fun in the sun. 🌞🍴

Celebrating the Success of Our 13-Week Services Internship Program!

We had the privilege of hosting 20 talented students from UNIVERSITÉ DES MASCAREIGNES , Curtin Mauritius , Middlesex University Mauritius , and Polytechnics Mauritius

The program was designed to provide a comprehensive experience, offering the students a deep dive into three dynamic sub teams within our Services department: Strategic Services, Technology Services, and Functional Services.
Highlights:
• Face-to-Face & Online Training: Comprehensive sessions to enhance their skills.
• Hands-On Practice & Assignments: Real-world tasks to apply their learning.
• Presentations: Showcasing their newfound expertise.
• Dayforce Cares Activities: Engaging in grocery shopping and visiting NGO as part of Dayforce Cares.
• Cultural Integration: Enjoying our monthly team lunch, a staple of our employee culture.
• Team Building Event: A memorable experience at Solana Beach Mauritius.

While Dayforce provides a lot of support to its working parents, it also makes it a point to celebrate their awesome strength and the loving bond they have with their children. This year, on the occasion of Mother's Day (which we celebrate as Parents' Day), the Dayforce Empower committee organized a panel discussion, bringing together colleagues who shared their experiences both as parents and as children, and their experiences with their own parents. The conversation revolved around the theme “Parenthood: Having meaningful conversations.” Everyone left the event feeling grateful for having loving parents and children and acknowledging the strength they bring into our lives.

To celebrate the International Girls in ICT Day, Dayforce welcomed students from several institutions such as UTM, MGI, MG SSS Nouvelle France and Belle Rose SSS within its office premises on 8th May. The Dayforce Empower committee, whose goal is to empower girls and encourage them towards ICT, organized an interactive session with the students, along with some Dayforce colleagues who volunteered as guest speakers to share their experiences with the audience. The theme of this year’s event was ‘Leadership’ and we could see the eagerness of the students to learn more about same. The success of the event was evident in the smiles of the students and their requests to create more of these interactive opportunities to meet the Dayforce professionals in the future.
