Throughout the years I have excelled as a Diving Instructor, my most valuable take aways have been the impact that I have provided. Personal impacts, but also experiences provided. No, I don't think it has always been perfect, but through each experience, everyone had something positive to look back to. Had it been a tough previous diving experience?... Causing fear to dive again ...We would somehow find a way to break this barrier and would ensure that this fear would be overcome....

One thing that you learn right from the very first chapter in learning to scuba dive - Any accident is your own fault. Yes, it can sounds dramatic, but then again, isn't is actually true? Like even in your day to day life? Put it simple, if you're having a bad day, how about looking back to how you woke up this morning?...

When I did my first SCUBA dive, back in 1999, I was not even able to swim properly. I know, sounds weird, in particular when you are actually from an island, surrounded by beautiful pristine lagoons. But as I figured out eventually, it seems to be the case for most islands... the locals are not always comfortable with the water surrounding them....
