• Minimum order of Rs 2500 for free delivery, but we reserve the right to charge for additional delivery fee depending on the location if area is very far and if it requires special transportation.
• Your order shall reach your doorstep within 2-5 working days, from the date of order confirmation
• Our team and driver will call you before delivery
• In case of delivery plan is confirmed by client, but client did not collect or pick calls at time of delivery, please note that your delivery will be rescheduled.
• Please do always check your goods at delivery
• Any exchange or return is subject to the management approval
• Kindly always check your purchase and sign our “Delivery Note” in return.
2a) Simple Postage Service:
Simple Postage Fee of Rs 80 up to 1 kg + Rs 35 additional per kg. Delivery can take up to 3 working days.
2b) Postage parcel + express service:
Postage parcel + express service for Rs 110 up to 1 kg maximum, + Rs 35 additional per kg
Delivery in 24 hrs. Deliveries sometimes might get delayed due to public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances or during sales due to bulk orders. We apologize in advance for the delay.
3) Pricing:
• Any products sold at promotional prices as advertised on our pages, cannot be redeemed after promotional expiry dates.
• We reserved the right to change the prices of our products at any time, without notice, depending on actual exchange currency and international shipping fret charges.
• All prices for our products are listed in Mauritian Rupees and are inclusive of value added tax [‘VAT’] at 15% or such other rate applicable at the time of your order.

5) Cancellation/Exchange/Refund Policy:
• Please do always check your order at delivery
• Once our product is sold, it is not exchangeable and non-refundable unless there is proof of defective factory product at origin
• Any exchange or return will be subjected to management approval
6) Warranty:
• All our smart home products have 1-year warranty.
• It is strongly recommended that You
[a] read the owner's manual for your product thoroughly before using it and keep such owner’s manual handy for reference at all times and
[b] comply strictly with safety instructions, installation guidelines and preventive or routine maintenance, as applicable.
• The services relating to the warranties shall be entertained during normal working hours from Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00.
• Our warranty will not apply in the following circumstances:
• Damage, fault or failure due to improper installation by a third party.
• If the product is used in parameters which are outside or beyond the parameters for which the product was purchased, including parameters outside or beyond the capacity and performance of the product.
