"We had a wonderful stay here! Would recommend! Sophie was so great with the millions of questions I had before the holiday.

BiBi, Marieta & Naushed made the holiday even more special - the kids bonded with them so much they almost became part of the family. Look no further than BB’s cooking - delicious!!!

The lagoon in front of the house is lovely for kids for paddling but not for serious snorkeling or serious swimming as it’s tidal.

A really lovely villa in a really quiet spot where we had the beach to ourselves for the entire holiday - magical!! "

Carbon-offsetting – Done!
We are happy to have another holiday rental that has offset the Co2 emissions from its electricity consumption.

After the Heritage villas that have integrally offset their emissions, our guests know that their stay at bungalow Aviam will have a lighter footprint. May it be the beginning of a long way to a more sustainable tourism.

The carbon credits went to a small-scale cookstove project in Malawi that aims to reduce deforestation related to the collection of wood for cooking as well as to improve air quality within the households, via the UNFCC platform.

Ça-y-est! Les restrictions sanitaires s’appliquant aux arrivées touristiques à Maurice ont été assouplies. Les tests PCR avant départ ont été abolis tandis pour tout le monde, y compris les non-vaccinés qui n’ont pour seule condition, 1 semaine d’auto-isolement. Nos villas sont un moyen idéal pour faire de cette contrainte un plaisir.

Ensuite l'île est à vous.



Done! Sanitary restrictions applying to tourists landing in Mauritius have been eased. The pre-departure PCR tests are no-longer required; for all travellers, including the non-vaccinated. The latters having for sole requirement, a 1-week self-isolation. Our villas are the ideal solution to turn this constraint into a pleasure.

One of the most pernicious effects of climate change is coral bleaching.

Unfortunately, scientists project that it will likely worsen as oceans absorb more carbon.

As coral reefs are the foundation of marine life, the prospect of their death is a disaster for our oceans. While people usually classify reefs and coastal forests as distinct ecosystems, nature doesn’t recognize this boundary.

In fact, young corals grow among mangrove roots, and healthy mangrove forests could provide shelter for coral species at risk of extinction from coral bleaching.

Furthermore, mangroves may even play a role in reducing ocean acidification, which in turn helps prevent coral bleaching.
