Our complex managers are on-site to make your life easy and will greet you on arrival to make sure you an your family are property checked in and any needs are attended to immediately. After your check-in clients may opt for a complimentary orientation session and benefit from a quick tour of Tamarin and Black river enabling guests to familiarize themselves with the area and locate the nearest shops and restaurants. Our complex managers will also ensure that your stay in Mauritius is just as you imagined ... perfect. All the apartments managed by Horizon are serviced by a personal house valet six times weekly (Except Sundays and Public Holidays). Your staff will refresh the apartment so that it is in perfect condition to enjoy day after day and take care of any personal laundry ironing at an additional fee. Horizon's personal Concierge Service can be contracted at Euro 115 to assist clients that prefer to have service at a phone call away. The concierge service starts with a one on one holiday planning session - subsequently, your concierge will organize anything and everything necessary on your behalf to ensure your holiday is extraordinary. A comprehensive pool, garden and security service are inclusive. Clients will enjoy hotel like standards in terms of clean beautiful gardens, a crystal clear overflow pool as well as 24 hour security at the main gate as well as night patrol. Although crime is not an issue in Black River, the presence of a security guard is a deterrent to petty crime or to discourage hawkers from entering the property. Apartment bathrooms are stocked with branded bath and shower soaps, shampoos and lotions for your convenience. Laundry is also done for guests except ironing of personal laundry. Guests may conveniently hire a compact vehicle at the complex to get around during their stay, as well as use the fishing kayaks and bicycles that are at your disposal for a small additional fee.. Your house-staff will wash, dry and fold personal laundry. For a small additional fee you may request that your laundry be ironed too.
