offers group exercise classes catered especially for women such as aerobics, step aerobics as well as use of weights, resistance bands and exercise balls. Additionally, an experienced yoga teacher/trainer will offer personalized one to one training and group classes. Through holistic programmes designed around proper nutrition, flexibility enhancement and fitness training EMPOWER FITNESS trainers and staff aim to motivate clients to achieve their personal fitness goal and invigorated mind. Empowerment is developing the confidence in yourself to unleash your personal inner strength.
