Meet Shaufa, dearly known as “Aishko” to her colleagues, who shines as the Operations Controls Center Supervisor at Skytours. With nearly a decade of service, Aishko considers her long tenure a significant achievement and testament to her passion for her role. She joined Skytours in December 2015, transitioning from a prior position in the administrative department of a construction company, driven by her belief in tackling projects with focus and determination.

Colleagues describe Aishko as a fun, outgoing, and supportive leader who thrives in creating a positive work environment. She is known for her ability to balance fun with productivity, often going the extra mile to ensure her team’s needs are met. Aishko credits her manager, Raya, as a profound inspiration, praising Raya for her leadership and expertise.

One of Aishko’s memorable achievements at Skytours was initiating an office cleaning day, which was met with enthusiastic participation from , reflecting her ability to inspire teamwork and engagement.

Aishko excels at delegating tasks, especially under pressure, and is committed to leading by example to motivate her team. She values strong interpersonal skills and admires hard work and friendliness in others. Outside of work, Aishko enjoys traveling and swimming.

Meet Raya, our esteemed Operations Controls Center Manager, known affectionately as “Madam” by her colleagues. Joining Skytours Maldives in 2015, Raya celebrated her 9-year milestone this August. From her early days in aviation, Raya’s initial lack of knowledge blossomed into a profound passion for the industry, leading her to her current managerial role in March 2021.

Raya is a goal-oriented, loyal, and hardworking individual, renowned for her attention to detail and commitment to timely task completion. She believes in tackling projects head-on, managing time efficiently, and avoiding last-minute rushes. Her success is measured by the respect and trust she garners from colleagues and the company, as well as her personal growth and achievements.

One of Raya’s greatest rewards is witnessing her team’s dedication and exceeding expectations under her guidance. Despite the challenge of managing diverse personalities and talents within her team, Raya excels through transparency and honest communication. Her leadership is reflected in the consistent positive feedback from and clients.

In her role, Raya balances time management with delegating responsibilities, ensuring smooth departmental operations, especially during peak seasons. As a trailblazing woman in aviation, she encourages future female leaders to embrace challenges with faith, courage, and confidence.
