KTS is a Malawian owned organization that was established by Kennedy Kachingwe in 1998, started operating in 1999, and is situated in Blantyre City at "THE HUB",its vehicles are based at Ryalls Protea Hotel. TYPE OF ORGANISATION

KTSs has a brunch in Blantyre and Currently has over 20 employees, with drivers working in shifts. KTS has several modes of communication that have simplified business for itself and its clients. KTS operates in both the business to business (B2B) and the customer base (B2C). KTS has contract agreements with other firms like SkyBand, Unilever, Candlex, Nico Tech, National Bank, PSI, Medicines sans frontiers and other individual clients e.g. KTS has its services and vehicles segmented based on customer income levels (Low, Middle, and High) and vehicle fuel consumption. KTS has the TOYOTA SIENTA with low fuel consumption (for the Low- B2C), it has the TOYOTA AXIO and COROLLA (mostly used by companies (B2B) with contract agreements) also has the TOYOTA HILUX (D4D) (mostly used by High income clients [B2B and B2C], mostly tourists). Payment terms:

For clients that want to hire a taxi from KTS (B2C) are required to pay after the service has been appreciated, as agreed on the charges. For B2B, thus organizations that have contract agreements with KTS; it always depends on the agreement made which is usually to make payment at the end of the month. For self driving, 50% of the estimated total amount charged, based on what type of vehicle and its fuel consumption, is to be made and balance is to be made on return of the vehicle. For self driving, clients can have the car in their use for as long as they want but payment should be made on a weekly basis. Accidents and fuel:

This condition applies much (but not only) to clients that need self driving. The charges that clients liberate with the organization cover the fuel expense. For accidents, KTS has all its vehicles insured and all clients that want self driving must have valid A drivers licenses. ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE
