Well, it is NOT 'hot off the presses any more'....as COVID came and hopefully is slowly leaving....so I did NOT think it a good time to sell Bellissimos. Plus, I have been building two other homes and have three more to build...but SOON...very soon....I will have my home, or Bellissimos Boutique Hotel (your choice) ready for the market. WHY SHORT TERM RENTALS?

Hello. Ajijic Bellissimo’s Boutique Hotel has been very successful; but now that I am back into Real Estate with BIENCOM REAL ESTATE, I do not have the time to offer such amazing 24/7 service during high season. So, I’ve decided to open my great home to special people...probably 4, maybe up to 6 people total. I will be renting the first/main level, which you can see the photos on www.ajijicbellissimos.com for a certain price for two people and another price for four people. You will have complete use of everything on the main level and a washer and dryer on the second level; plus, of course, the heated pool, hydro-spa, and fire-pit as well as lots of outside places and furniture. I ‘may’ also be renting Suite Terrazas (the Casita) which comes with it’s own small kitchen, but it will also have the full use of the covered, but outside kitchen, as well as the pool, hydro-spa, and fire-pit, and three private, covered terrazas. This space is for one or two people only. I will be occupying the second and third levels and using a private rear entrance and the elevator. You won’t even see me! But I will always be here to help you. If you are interested in a one month rental ~ you will pay more. Two months, a little less; 3 months ~ even less, and so on.
