Akumal Bay Dive Center is offer free divemaster internship for the summer season of 2023 (February to September). If you are a fun, outgoing, enthusiastic individual and want to gain free training to become a professional diver send us your CV and join our dive team.
Our dive center is located on Akumal.
The internship includes diving, guiding, office work and customer service.
Intern should:
- Be 20+ year old
- Minimum experience in diving
- Be fluent in English
- Be resident on Mayan Riviera (Playa del Carmen, P.to Aventuras, Akumal, Tulum)

Climate change threatens one of the oldest species that survived dinosaurs. It is our duty to preserve their natural habitat and work toward sustainability. Trying our best is the least we can do.

The nesting season has started! Akumal Bay is among the protected beaches where turtles nest. The beaches in this ecoregion served as nesting and foraging grounds for marine turtles long before humans settled on the American continent.
