CONDO LOCATION AND NEARBY AMENITIES
Quadrant is an oceanside luxury resort-style condominium complex in the town of Bucerias in the Riviera Nayarit. Bucerias is located in the central point of Bahia de Banderas.
We are three blocks from the ocean and 25 minutes drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. From the balcony and inside the condo, you have the prime views. Enjoy them all: the ocean, mountains and the pool!
AMENITIES
Amenities include a variety of pools including infinity and baby pool and jet area, hammocks, tennis court (all viewable from the condo), modern gym, assigned free parking on premises, snack bar, walking trail, and a business center with free WIFI. There is an office desk and chair for a comfortable working area where free WIFI is included. We also have a pet park, children playground and a beach shuttle coming soon.
In addition, our condo boasts Bluetooth bathroom mirrors so you can listen to your music while in the bathroom and enjoy the rain fall showers. Recessed ceiling lights to give you a homey feeling. Wide balcony and patio furniture to sit to feel a cool ocean breeze and enjoy the ocean, mountain, community, and pool views.
NEIGHBORHOOD
It is a very safe area of Bucerias with a few residential developments where most residents are from the US and Canada. We are three blocks (400 meters) away from the beach and a 10 min walk away from Downtown Bucerias (El Centro).
Downtown has a nice central square with a flee market, food stalls and lots of restaurants and bars. Downtown is beachfront so you can easily take a stroll on the beach or sit down for a meal at an oceanfront restaurant.
GROCERY STORES
The nearest shop to buy groceries is a convenience store OXXO that is just around the corner outside the condo complex or KIOSKO (another convenience store across the road). Otherwise, it's a 10 min walk or 3 min car ride to the little mom n pop shops in Downtown Bucerias that sell veggies and fruits and other small things. The nearest supermarkets are Chedraui and La Comer which are a 7 min car ride or a 30-50 min walk.

Right outside the complex we have a cute commercial plaza "Los Amores" with a bunch of nice eateries:

DINING OPTIONS
If you don't feel like cooking there are many options for home food delivery by restaurants and private chefs. You can even get a chef come to your house and cook a meal for you.
You can also order groceries from the supermarket 'La Comer' online and get them delivered.
GETTING AROUND
If you need a car ride, you can order it through a regular taxi, Uber or Indriver or we can help you get connected with a trustworthy private driver.
