Beautiful ocean view from both floors. Free shuttle from the airport, welcome snacks discount on daily excursions. It is easy to spot breaching whales in the ocean from the deck. ort for our guests. There are large patios on both floors. Balcony out of one of the bedrooms. There are private bathrooms for every bedroom. Fully equipped large kitchen with top of the line appliances. Beautiful ocean view from both levels. Large patios, a whirlpool bath and a fire pit. There are 2 pools on the property. The one in the back of the villa is great for water games like water polo and volleyball or just doing laps. There is a very good water filtration system. Ice from the fridge and water from the tab is safe.

*** PLEASE BE AWARE! THERE ARE STRONG UNDERCURRENTS, SO THERE IS NO SWIMMING AT PEDREGAL BEACH. Abour Pedregal: Quiet Pedregal is an upscale, guard gated community. It is located on a hillside area with sweeping views over the Marina and the ocean. A weekly farmers’ market sells fruit, pastries, and handmade crafts. It is walking distance to the bustling town of Cabo San Lucas which is home to some of the best sport fishing in the world! There are several world-class golf courses along the coast of Los Cabos. All have beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and surrounding mountains. All tee-time reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to assure availability. About Cabo San Lucas: Cabo is rated as one of Mexico's top 5 tourist destinations for its beaches, scuba diving, sea arch. Vacationers frequent its seafood eateries. Nearby Lovers Beach and Divorce Beach are popular for swimming and sunbathing, and tour groups on boats visit the iconic Arch rock formation.

We stayed at Villa Nazar for spring break for our high school senior and her best friends. The villa is beautiful, very clean, and located in a very safe community of Pedregal. The villa is a 2 minutes walk to the pristine private beach. We took Ubers to places and it was very easy. The villa had all the amenities (e.g., plenty of clean linens), kitchen was well stocked, and rooms were clean. Outdoor area was great for laying out and an outside morning workout with a beautiful ocean view. Everything was very comfortable. Zinnet was responsive and very helpful with tips and suggestions in her emails. Jaime, property manager, was wonderful and provided us with a warm greeting upon check-in. He stopped by every couple of days to clean the pool and helped us with anything we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa.
