This condo has it all -including fantastic resort services like a brand new award winning, state-of-the-art Spa and work out facilities. The spa has 5 treatment rooms (including one for couples), a therapy pool, sauna, steam room & fitness center. Milagro Wellness Spa offers natural healing treatments that focus on restoring total wellness. You can find a juice bar right outside the Spa. There is a relaxing lounging area where you can sit in swings enjoy your juice or read a book. The Gym is on the seventh floor, take in the amazing 360 degree views while you workout. There are 9 restaurants, children’s play area, shuttle to take you the 3 minutes into downtown Cabo where all the clubs, main "Medano Beach", marina & nightlife are. There are 2 security gates requiring ID making your condo safe & secure. This condo truly has one of the best sunset views right over the arch! Condo is equipped with a private plunge pool & BBQ Grill on the huge patio for festive gatherings. There is an optional all-inclusive package, if interested. The all-inclusive can be for 7, 5 or 3 days, which is not included in the rental fee. The all-inclusive includes all of the 9 restaurants at the resort, 24-hour room service, daily stocked refrigerator with water, beer & sodas. It also includes restaurants at the Marina Fiesta sister resort & affiliated with 14 restaurants in town around the Gold Coast Marina. There is a grocery store for snacks & other necessities on resort property or you can take a shuttle or Uber to Costco & liquor store. There are on-site specialists to assist with your rentals: deep-sea fish, yachting, golfing, horseback riding & bicycling to name a few. You can also do adventure ATV riding in the desert or beach, whale watching, sunset dinner cruises or just hang on the beach. There are endless activities. The minimum stay is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday (possible exceptions upon availability, if you want to discuss options, pls contact me). Multiple weeks can be booked together. 1) Please request vacation dates at least 6 months ahead of time for the best availability.
2) 24 hours to confirm dates.
3) A $2500 deposit is required, and a signed rental agreement.
4)The deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE.
5) No reservation will be made until the deposit has been paid.
