It is a short 10-minute drive to the beach and downtown. This condo offers outstanding ocean view from the living areas. Walking distance to

the clubhouse with a complete work out room and access to the pool. The condo is fully equipped and features the following:

*Air conditioning with ceiling fans.
*Mediterranean style living area with modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room areas complete with TV and DVD.

Taxis are plentiful and cheap, but we recommend renting a car to visit the local beaches, marina, downtown and nearby destinations that are a must to see such as Cerritos, Flora Farms or San Jose.
